Een nieuwe vermelding op Lake Hamilton. Dit huisje is een 1 slaapkamer, 2 badkamers huis, met nieuwe keuken, bonus serre, grote overdekte veranda, buitenkeuken en overdekte aanlegsteiger w / lift. Deze unieke vloerindeling maakt van de woonkamer een semi-privé slaapkamer voor de extra nachtelijke gast .. Gelegen in een rustige buurt, en direct aan het water. We zijn ongeveer 15 minuten. naar het centrum en dicht bij Oaklawn Park .. Slechts enkele minuten van Lake Ouachita en Lake Ouachita State Park. Dit thuis weg van huis is perfect voor koppels tot 4, kleine uitje groepen, Harley ruiters en mensen die graag zwemmen en vissen. Leg vis vast die net buiten de baai is gevangen! Kom en bezoek, blijf een tijdje, je zult genieten van het thuis weg van huis gevoel van de Cozy Cottage.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! The view of the river was gorgeous and made for a perfect backdrop all weekend. The cabin itself was very clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the owners were so kind and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. We would for sure stay there again.

Everything was easy from checking in to checking out. The view of the lake was so nice, the kayaks were worth the rent especially with the nice weather and water was so pretty. Everything was clean inside and out. Carol was quick and very responsive. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage! We found the neighborhood to be quiet and peaceful! The house was very clean and had everything thing we needed for a wonderful stay! We flew into Hot Springs Memorial Airport and the weather prevented us from departing on our scheduled time and caused us to stay an extra day! Carol was very prompt and helpful in making this happen!

This was an adorable little cottage right on the lake with a spectacular little sun sunroom. We stayed over New Year’s, so did not get to experience the water. However, I would definitely consider staying here again if in the area. Check-in process was seamless and communication with the host was great. The only thing I would recommend is a motion light on the step down to the bedroom. Otherwise, it was perfect!

If you are looking to get away from the noise, this is the perfect spot. I didn't know Arkansas was so beautiful. We met the staff and a local man at Yum Yum and they were very welcoming. The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Ohh and use that tub after a day of hiking or walking around Hot springs, its heavenly!

2nd time I have spent my birthday here and I’ll be back for all my birthdays in the future. Love the location, right on the water but without the noise of the big boats, perfect for taking out my SUP. Sitting on the porch overlooking the water. Perfectly stocked bathrooms (with big tub), kitchen, comfy furniture, smart TV, easy keyless entry…Not far from Bathhouse row in Hot Springs and it’s a pretty drive there. Can’t wait to return.

Cozy Cottage Perfection

Cozy Cottage was even better than anticipated. The kitchen had every appliance you could wish. The sunroom was our favorite hangout. So peaceful! Check in was a breeze.

The Cozy Cabin is a great place to relax. It was very clean and cozy. It felt like being at home away from home. Carol was very friendly and was very helpful with all our needs and making us aware of activities in the area. We had a great time being able to just stay around the cabin and fish. Cottage Getaway

This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this property. Carol our host was so welcoming and great to work with. The cottage was just as advertised and is situated right on the water in a quiet, rural neighborhood. The cottage was clean and had anything and everything you might need. The sunroom overlooking the water is the best spot for morning coffee or catching up on emails. Would absolutely recommend.

Great getaway near Hot Springs

We stayed at the Cozy Cottage while visiting the Hot Springs area in March. Location is close enough to Hot Springs to be very convenient and far enough away to give you a sense of being remote. The Cottage and property are fantastic. Communication during booking/check-in was top notch. Property was as described and shown online. I would stay here again if I was vitiing the hot springs area.

Can't wait to go back

There isn't enough good things to say about the cozy cottage from start to finish. It was a wonderful experience. Carol went out of her way to make sure that we were well taken care of. The cottage itself was immaculate. Perfect spot on the lake. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and can't wait till we get another opportunity to go visit again. Such a peaceful and relaxing experience and very much needed. Like I said, I can't say nearly enough good things about the cottage or about Carol. They were both wonderful. Thank you for letting us come visit. Can't wait to go back.
