I found the staff inattentive, my room reeked of stale cigarette smoke (in spite of numerous notices saying it was a non-smoking establishment), and the "free" breakfast inedible (the imitation scrambled eggs cooked to dry crumbs). 'Not bad'

'You get what you pay for basically and don't expect much for what you get. Minimal accommodations with mini kitchen and full fridge (which bumps it's score). An arm chair that looked as though it was pulled from the nearby homeless encampment and an empty, dull space with no character. At least the shower had good pressure and the bed was ok. Maybe give it some well needed TLC and an area rug in the room perhaps to bring some much needed comfort and charm. All in all it was ok for a one night...
