Luxe hotels in Mt. Hood - Columbia River Gorge

'luxury cabins waren in sommige opzichten inderdaad luxueus (goed bed, bubbelbad....en .....ouderwetse tv, smakeloos interieur, ok ontbijt. Weinig hartelijke ontvangst: "here you have some information about the area, but you are only here for one night so you won' be able to see much.... Inderdaad, wanneer we de volgende dag gaan wandelen (vroeg om de massa voor te zijn), moeten we wachten tot het ontbijt klaar is om 9 U. Voor 120 euro, zou ik zeggen goed adres, voor 200 euro, overpriced'

The rooms were clean and tidy, after a long days drive we were happy to order a freshly made pizza with some cool drinks and sit on the patio and enjoy the view over the river. 'The room was clean and bed comfortable. We walked everywhere, which was cool and convenient. We went to the farmers market and the Neon Museum (highly recommended!). Cute town and fun little coffee shops to visit. Overall a pleasant stay and reasonably priced compared to other places. It's an easy jaunt over to Hood River or down to Kee-Ne-Tah. I would stay there again.'
