Luxe hotels in Mt. Hood - Columbia River Gorge

'luxury cabins waren in sommige opzichten inderdaad luxueus (goed bed, bubbelbad....en .....ouderwetse tv, smakeloos interieur, ok ontbijt. Weinig hartelijke ontvangst: "here you have some information about the area, but you are only here for one night so you won' be able to see much.... Inderdaad, wanneer we de volgende dag gaan wandelen (vroeg om de massa voor te zijn), moeten we wachten tot het ontbijt klaar is om 9 U. Voor 120 euro, zou ik zeggen goed adres, voor 200 euro, overpriced'

'This building is a historical landmark. It is well-maintained and very comfortable. Breakfast is not included however, coffee was provided along with some incredible biscotti. The staff was great… even fun….'

We enjoyed an evening of live jazz on the patio with stunning views of the setting sun over the Columbia River. And here’s a bonus - you can see Mt Hood from the northernmost side of the patio. This is a hidden gem.'

'This property is a hidden gem. The grounds are amazing, full of stunning gardens, and the view of the river is fantastic. There are outdoor games for the kids, and an overlook where the adults can enjoy a beverage while watching the sunset. Our room even had a fireplace. I would highly recommend! '
