'This is by far the WORST host I’ve ever encountered. Due to unforeseen circumstances during our journey, we arrived only 45 minutes past the last check-in time. I clearly explained the situation and even suggested that the owner could simply leave the key in a safe place so we could access the room ourselves. However, the host still flatly refused our check-in.
