'We stayed here as a family and chose Embassy Suites because we’ve generally had reliable experiences, especially with the included breakfast. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed, which we appreciated.
However, this one was somewhat disappointing.
The biggest concern was the breakfast on our first morning, I saw a roach in the muffins, which completely turned me off from eating there for the rest of our stay.

'The room was a decent size and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast options and love that they have a Starbucks. Check-in and check-out was very easy. My only critique is that they need better insulation between the rooms, especially the ceiling for those heavy footed folks who are staying above you. 'I was impressed with the lobby decor, room sizes and conditions, and the cleanliness; a microwave in the room was a plus. The hotel's location is also pretty convenient; there’s a Zion market next to the hotel, and it's easy to get onto the highway.
There is a $25.00 parking charge per night, which I was not aware of when I booked the hotel on Expedia.
Until nighttime, the room has no noise control, and very thin walls. We can hear everything in the adjacent room, and the guests were up late....
