'It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated.
As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room.
Although better, the room did not...

'Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was clean and well appointed. 'My son and I stayed in the house for 5 nights and it was everything we needed. It was super-stylish, clean, comfortable and really well equipped and to a really high level which makes a nice change! My bugbear is the knives in rental properties, but these were sharper than my ones at home which made cooking a joy! It was handily placed for both the city, coast and Broads and having the little home gym was an added bonus. I would highly recommend!'
