Each time I went to the front desk the rest of my stay they were so wonderful. Room service was phenomenal, and the gentleman who brought my food up remembered me when he saw me in the restaurant the next day. The service was impeccable. And the food at the Crossings was delicious! '

'Full breakfast every morning during my stay, was awesome! As far as the staff, when I checked in on 5/6/26 @ 12:30, the young lady that checked me in was superb! I forget her name, but she worked that shift. The other staff weren’t nearly as friendly and helpful as she was.'

'My daughter and I stayed at the Residence Inn Providence Downtown, on 4/15/26, while touring colleges. The hotel was nice and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice fitness room and complementary breakfast. The only negative was that there was only valet parking, which was $45 (possibly because of the downtown location). I enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn Providence Downtown and would stay there, if visiting Providence again. '

'Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...
