Welcome to this warm house in the heart of Mulsanne!

Spacious and bright, with its 4 bedrooms and its independent studio, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Enjoy its many living spaces; a living room with fireplace and 360° TV, a relaxing veranda, a living room with extendable table as well as games for young and old (table football, darts, petanque, play mat...).

It is the perfect place to meet, rest or work serenely.

The accommodation
Whether you come with family, friends or for a business trip, everyone will find their place.

You have access to the whole house, the garden and the independent studio.

The house has 10 beds divided into 4 comfortable bedrooms including a master suite (beds 160/200 and 90/190).
The latter has its independent access via the external staircase to the garden. The external door is low (150cm high). The beams are at a height of 180cm.
You will find 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, one of which is an integral part of the suite.

The independent studio for 2 people (bed 140/190) completes the house, it has its own equipped kitchen and its own shower room, ideal for more privacy.

Each guest has a walk-in wardrobe area and a free and accessible electrical outlet.

The different living rooms will allow everyone to to enjoy quiet time or pleasant moments of conviviality.

The living room, equipped with a 360° swivelling connected TV, adapts to all situations: movie night, fireplace atmosphere (wood available on site) or professional projection (from the living room).

The fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, gas stove, dishwasher...) invites you to prepare good meals.

The open and spacious living room can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests around the same dinner thanks to its large table with extensions.

The veranda, transformed into a real relaxation area, offers a perfect corner to read, chat or simply enjoy the calm.

On the leisure side, there is room for fun and good humor: table football, darts, board games and petanque are at your disposal.

It is easy and free of charge around the house. You can also park in the garden safely (up to 6 cars).

Finally, the house enjoys a privileged location, right in the centre of Mulsanne: 100 metres from the bakery, banks and shops, and a 15-minute walk from the Carrefour Market supermarket – everything is easily accessible for a convenient and hassle-free stay.
