'This time I booked the Courtyard by Marriott just for my wife, 3 year old son and my mother in law. I choose the Courtyard because they always treat the guest very well, the rooms are very clean, the people who work there very friendly and the breakfast is the best there is!

Hotelmedewerker Marco heeft ons fantastisch geholpen met het regelen van een aantal praktische zaken (printen, bellen, etc). Wanneer je San Jose wil bezoeken, dan ligt het hotel wat ver van het centrum.'

'De reden dat ik een score 5 geef is omdat de dag dat we zouden komen 's avonds het vliegtuig uit panama niet kon landen vanwege de mist (regentijd, komt dan blijkbaar vaker voor). Uitgeweken naar Managua. Ons pas de volgende dag gemeld bij dit hotel. Ze zouden onze nacht niet in rekening brengen (terwijl het dus een goedkope overnachting was zonder restitutie). "The name Radisson is false, it might have been in the past? Nowadays it’s a choice hotel. The hotel looks old and outdated, a shower with a shower curtain and a shower-head full of lime.
It was okay for one night after a long flight, would be disappointed of I have chosen this one for more nights.
The breakfast is really simple as well.
They advertise as a 4 star hotel, in Western Europe it would get a maximum of 2 stars. "
