The pictures are nothing like the hotel hall and rooms. It is getting old, there is no pressure in the bathroom, there were insects in my room. This is very far from a 4 star hotel. Maybe it was 20 years ago.

Pretty good
It was just for a day.The rooms were a bit noises.Howeverreally tidy and clean.There was a free shuttle to the airport to which they even sent a wake up call themselves.

This hotel is completely misadvertised and operates like a 3-star hotel, as opposed to its 4-star listing on Expedia. There is nothing "luxurious" or comforting aside from the free airport ride to and from the airport. The rooms are dingy and worn down. Some furniture had an old used odor. Despite the poor interiors, reception staff and porters were friendly and thoughtful. We had to change rooms due to a party on the floor above. Walls are paper-thin, so with the loud music, the entire room along with the furniture vibrated and shook like a dance floor. The staff kindly relocated us to a room on a lower floor, however, our new room was a smoking room (original room was non-smoking), so all the furnishings smelled of cigarette smoke. The room configuration is strange. Dividers between the room and bathroom were very thin. Towels and toilet paper are rough; bed was firm; and hot water was very limited (warm showers got cold very fast). On a positive note, the toilet flushed without issues, the rooms had free bottled water, and the TV had a good selection of channels. WiFi runs on an unsecure network, the connection is very poor and very slow. Breakfast is simple but tasty: idli, sambar, aloo, fries, eggs. Coffee, chai, and fresh juice were offered for beverages. Thankfully we only stayed one night between flights. Stay here if you want a friendly staff and simple breakfast; and don't mind thin walls, odorous furniture, minimal ambiance, and small amounts of mold.

Close to the airport
Location is a big plus, but room allocation and room preparation is not good. . I had a late check-in 20-25 minutes before midnight, which was already informed to front desk. Despite I was moved to other room in the morning around 8 am. This was bit insulting, especially I had 19 hours of travel. In this competitive age, customer typically get compensated in some form. . The earlier room had a lock for namesake. The new room was not equipped with enough toilet papers. . Couple of pluses are good restaurant and my incoming and outgoing calls were arranged well.

Tries hard but not quite there yet .. needs work!
It didn't really live up to my expectations but that's not to say it was really bad, just needs some improvement. Overall my stay was OK, the bed was comfy, the bed linen felt of good quality but looked pretty awful, mine had a huge fading stain all over one side of it, not attractive. The shower wasn't the greatest, the water seemed to just trickle out, there was a switch on the wall to heat the water up, the cleaner switched this off daily which was a bit annoying. 2 bottles of water were supplied daily which was very welcome, there is a fridge into which I would have loved to chill the water - but mine didn't work, that is to say it was switched on and made a fridge noise .. but didn't really cool in any way. The WiFi went off completely a number of times, sometimes for whole days. The water went off completely but was back working within the hour once I'd reported it. The door lock was pretty difficult to use, sometimes took me a few minutes to get into the room depending on if it fancied reading the keycard or not .. they did replace the lock during my stay. I was on the fifth floor, they had parties on the sixth (roof terrace) music boomed till late at night at weekend, the clean-up the morning after woke me at 6am. There is a conference room on same floor, unfortunately this was booked for some inspiration event by a company for its staff during my stay .. listening to people screaming "Who can do it?" - "I can do it!" top note all day was very tiresome :(

Convenient for Mumbai Airport
The Dragonfly is convenient for the airport and provided pick-up and drop-off making it the perfect transit hotel. Unfortunately, everywhere apart from the airport is a taxi ride away!

Convenient hotel to the airport
The lobby was dusty with marks of foot steps. The front desk did not receive voucher number from Expedia and charged us. They later called to say that they received payment from Expedia, however we are still waiting for the credit for the payment charged to us 4 days later. The hotel was in a very industrial location that was run down. The best part of the hotel was the round trip transportation to the airport. The bathroom was clean and the staff was pleasant.

Good value no frills hotel close to the airport
This hotel provides good value for money near the airport. Their rates also include free pick up from the international airport, which based on my quick survey could run you an additional 500 rupees and more at some of the other hotels in the area. If you want a full service hotel and need a swimming pool, bar, large lobby, etc. do not go here. But if you are looking for a clean spacious room, clean bathrooms, and decent breakfast close to the airport you should definitely consider this. Great for short stays.

Stay was relatively good and room was clean. What we didn't like was the fact that the mugs in the rooms were tiny (very small) and unable to have a proper size of tea/coffee and some soup. The size of the bathroom is big, very decent, hot water (boiler available). However, he shower inside the bathroom has no wall or glass, so the water splashes all over the toilet.

Abgewohntes und lautes Zimmer. Oropax Pflicht!
Alle Zimmer weisen nach vorne zu einer stark befahrenen Straße, die Fenster sind nicht schalldicht, ohne Oropax hätten wir nicht schlafen können. (Zimmer 404) Bettzeug war leidlich sauber, die Möbel stark abgewohnt. Im Bad waren in sämtlichen Abflüssen Naftalintabletten, es roch daher entsprechend. Frühstück und Transfer zum Flughafen waren OK. Wir haben schon noch schlechtere Zimmer gesehen. Alles in allem entsprach das Hotel der Preisklasse. You get what you pay for. War ein Versuch; das nächste Mal legen wir wieder mehr auf den Tisch.

Nice hotel close to airport
We stayed at this hotel for one night as a transit between our domestic and international flights. We were pleased with the cleanliness and size of our room. The rooms face out onto the main road, so if you're a light sleeper remember to bring your ear plugs!

Not as I expected
I picked this hotel because my flight landed late at night and I had another one early the next morning and it was very close to both airports. The hotel was really quite old and a little dirty. Clean sheets and towels though, great staff really great staff very helpful, trust worthy, polite and courteous. For the price of the hotel I expected more from the conditions the website has all the brand new photos on it. But I guess I paid for the service so I'm okay with that.

Disappointing service from the staff when i arrived. For a 'business' hotel the breakfast is too late and not good at all for out of town travelers. Most people in town for business would not want and Indian based breakfast and certainly not one that starts late - i needed to be at a meeting before 9am and in Mumbai traffic that means leaving the hotel early.

Good hotel but poor location
I was just there for sleep, nothing else. But I find it very annoying that there was no good medical store near the hotel. Also the Mumbai people were not good in general. But hotel good on an average.

OK for business travelers
This hotel is certainly meant for business travelers due to its close proximity to the airport. In terms of distance it is not too far from shopping districts, but the traffic makes the time of journey quite long. Definitely not for tourists. Let's talk about the good first. The concept of the hotel is modern and contemporary. Rooms are nice and clean, though its open bathroom concept is something to seriously consider if you are rooming with a colleague. The beds are comfortable and the linen smells fresh. The laundry and pressing service is also good. The cafe serves Indian and Western fare, though my opinion is that they are better at Indian fare rather than other dishes. Now let's comment on the bad points. One sore point is the horrendous WIFI speed; it is slow and sometimes you can't even get connected. Not sure if it is a problem of the hotel router or the internet provider but they should seriously look into it since WIFI is a must-have option nowadays for travelers. There is no WIFI in the hotel cafe which is also inconvenient. Secondly was the room air-conditioning which freezes up and becomes warm during day time, thus making it almost impossible to stay in the room in the afternoons. No air-con problems at night though.
