Hotel werkt als een 5 sterrenhotel met alle nadelen maar niet meer de luxe en faciliteiten. Jammer want hotel ligt dichtbij treinstation en heeft goed ontbijt.
Teleurstellend bijvoorbeeld dat je alleen kan zwemmen met een badmuts en dat je na een week nog steeds wacht op de vrijgave van de reservering op je credit card. Wat ik al schreef welnde nadelen en weinig voordelen.

Convenient location. Plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. Quick connection to Palm Beach Road and opportunity to travel in either direction - Navi Mumbai and main Mumbai. Polite and efficient hotel staff and good breakfast spread made our experience memorable.

Good hotel with convenient transport links. WiFi and room telephone was not working. No towels in bathroom upon check in. No laundry lists or bags in room either. Rooms need decorating and upkeep. Seem to be bent on maximising revenue rather than customer satisfaction. They seem to employ lots of freshers who lack basic communication skills. Should invest heavily in training staff.

The hotel is a short walk from a vibrant mall making dining and shopping so very easy. It is on a relatively quiet street. The amenities are standard for a five star hotel, but the staff and hospitality is beyond expectation. Nobody does hospitality like Indians, and this was top notch. The only disappointment was the spa - we tried to book services a couple of times unsuccessfully. Give that one a miss and enjoy the loveliest service and excellent food at the hotel.

I stayed at this property several times before Covid. but i am sure that they are not maintaining rooms as they were stinking, Bathroom was not cleaned properly.
Food is nice at this property but paying such a high price for such room is not worth.
