Do not rely on the photos. This hotel is really pathetic. It was middle of the night, we looked at the room and decided not to proceed with this hotel. Try other Ginger branches

Not good. Badly maintained.lacks cleanliness. Very congested. Bathrooms need maintenance. Restaurant is very small for the capacity of guests. Food is not replenished in time. Overall a very bad experience.

The receptionist was not informed us about restaurant timing n all ..they should be well trained...they don't smile at the desk ...fo manager should take training of all this...the besic courtesy was missing...there was only one towel at room...dentel kit was missing...

I stayed with my family for 5 days in hotel and the experience was awesome. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

This hotel is under ronnovation and doesn't look anything like the pictures we see. It's not usual Tata Group Ginger Hotel to be honest. It's like any other 2 star lodges/hotels. Doesn't qualify for 3 stars as it stands today.

If you here for tourist thing, it's far from most of tourist attractions. It's better you book hotels nearer to the southern part of Mumbai.

Avoid if you get better place to stay for bit more
Won't recommend this place for the price they charged and they're charging. There are even better place to stay in this area which are similar in price and much better options. AC stopped.working in a middle of the night, their breakfast was horrible and not as per TATA standards.

A Tata Enterprise, this hotel does not live up to the reputation of Tata. The check in process is faulty and does not encourage first in - first served philosophy. Considering the tariff, the room and facilities are spartan (I have stayed in far better hotels at lower costs in Andheri East

Very clean, good service.

I reached hotel in the midnight, was about to sleep and noticed lots of bedbugs on the bed-sheet and pillow, this was horror to me. Immediately called Desk manager, he also took picture of bedbugs. then, I was shifted to another room. one of the Bathroom bulb was fuse, bedside lamps were broken and no light, Tea pot was not working. This hotel is not upto the mark.

Big room...but bad service
Everything is outsourced here and the service quality justifies it. You get unwashed spoons, plates, tea made in ruined milk...and for everything....they will give you an unapologetic "sorry sir". Staffs are rude and always just stares at you as if you are doing something wrong. The room size and house keeping service is good. Reception and restaurant service is very bad.

very polite staff, fairly efficient, however found it strange when the restaurant manager refused to serve a 'finger bowl' instead telling me to wash my sticky fingers from eating Indian food in the rest room outside in the lobby - very strange indeed!need to fix a few issues such as the health faucet in the toilet

The hotel staff is very dedicated. I had forgotten my bag at the hotel front desk and left for the airport. When I called the hotel front desk person (Mr.Chavan think) was very efficient to arrange a taxi and had my bag delivered by another taxi within 20 minutes as I had no time to go back to the hotel and reach the airport on time. They were very thoughtful in handling such a situation. I am very thankful to them for helping me out.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff very helpful n courteous. No frills but everything is neat n functional. Didn't try food there. I found good number of working ladies patronizing the hotel which means the place is pretty safe for women to stay too. Strongly recommend.

I said in Ginger Andheri for two days and let me tell you the experience was not at all good. The room assigned to us had a defective lock. The mechanics came at 11 in the night to repair it.....Later I came to know this is not only the problem with us. I saw 3 more people complaining about the lock. On the 2nd day when house keeping staff came in he only changed towels and not the bed sheet, requesting that we are currently short of the cleaned once and it would be great if you can manage one more day with the same sheet. He didn't even bothered to clean the dustbin.......Also, I had an urgent requirement for printouts for which they charged 5/page. Paying that amount is not a big thing but when you are charging 4-5K for a room, you can do this for free as part of customer satisfaction and retention........

A no-frills hotel with no service
Being a Ginger Hotel, I was expecting a much better experience but I was definitely not satisfied with my stay. The Housekeeping and maintenance of the room left a lot to be desired. Even tea bags do not get replenished unless asked for. Rather than keeping disposable cups for tea/coffee they should have Mugs which are more convenient and would be more cost effective. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The breakfast was very average despite the fact that they charge extra for the breakfast. Overall, I do not think I would consider staying at Ginger again.

No frills business hotel - ideal for business trav
very comfortable stay, located conveniently close to our areas of work. The hotel is ideal for business travel, no frills, value for money, of course the surroundings are not great, but then cant have it all i guess

More than what I anticipated.
Hotel was more than adequate for the rating and I would stay there again. Attached to a very nice restaurant next door. All staff had an excellent can do attitude. However, the WiFi was slow but the hotel accepted this comment and I was told that they were trying to improve it.
