Modern vormgegeven hotel geeft ontspannen gevoel
Prettig hotel en modern vormgegeven hotel, waardoor je direct een welkom en ontspannen gevoel krijgt bij binnenkomst. Hotel ligt (afgezien van de tropisch temperatuur) zo goed als op loopafstand van de luchthaven en doordat de kantoor waar wij voor onze afspraak moisten zijn om de hoek lag, was het ideal gelegen.

Conveniently close to the airport
Very conveniently close to the airport. In particular when arriving late at night. Walk or take a small cab (40rp) to the hotel. Excellent service when arriving. Was in my room within 5min after arriving. Top notch room.

Goed efficiënt hotel met goede service voor zakelijk verblijf en gelegen vlak bij de luchthaven dus relatief geringe problemen met het verkeer in Mumbai.

Hyatt in Mumbai is een uitstekend zakenhotel, vlak bij de domestic en international airport. De staff is zeer behulpzaam en het laat boeken van een auto voor verplaatsingen is geen probleem. Ik kwam hier een eerste keer in 2003 en het is nog steeds in prima staat.

ideaal hotel om even bij te komen van je vlucht
een goed hotel alle voorzieningen die je kan bedenken zijn aanwezig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. de kamers zijn schoon en net. en de stort douche was geweldig. ook al zit het hotel naast het vliegveld je hoord helemaal niks.

Makkelijk aan het begin of eind van een reis naar
Omdat Delta/KLM alleen rechtstreeks naar Mumbai vliegt met een aankomsttijd van rond middernacht is dit een uitstekende plek om een vervolg trip te starten of te beëindigen. Het is wel echt een zakenhotel.

Excellent place to stay at a reasonable price
Stay was excellent. I stayed for 5 nights in last week of March’2021. Very comfortable and service is world class. Rooms are good sized and comfortable. Bathroom is neat and clean and shower is good and relaxing. Buffet breakfast is good though a bit repetitive. Lunch and dinner selection are good and reasonably priced. The entire hotel staff is very mindful of COVID 19 and takes good precautions. Good fitness center, Spa and the bar is excellent with good choices of whiskey.

Great hotel. The staff was good but the room service was at times very very slow. Great if you need to be close to Mumbai airport.

Great rooms and excellent service
Hotel rooms are excellent. Dinner and breakfast was included in the package which meant we did not have to go out during peak covid season. The staff provided great service with food delivered to our rooms. Extra precautions were taken about cleanliness and social distancing. Parking location doesn’t have ventilation so an issue if you have a driver and car for overnight stay. They do have outside parking spaces which can be used in these cases. We had a third person in the room which created a hiccups during check-in but was sorted right away. Overall the stay was excellent and comfortable.

Very nice and welcoming place. Let us enter the room early and after we saw the place and the people, we becided we have nothing to look for in Mumbai this time, we stay in the hotel for a day and a half and our next exit was to the airport. The food is exellent, the service is exellent, the room is amazing, the pool was fantastic. One thing that I can suggest to make it even more perfect, a bit more toys in the Gymboree may be helpful. We will defenetly return to this hotel

Good value, best location.
You could even walk from arrivals to the hotel, however, I recommend catching a taxi or uber because the zone is not designed to walk. Best location if you have an early flight the day after and want to avoid getting stuck in a horrendous traffic jam. I didn't use many services of the hotel because I arrived late and left early, the staff is friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable, good soundproofing rooms, I barely heard cars or airplanes in my room, comfortable bed, and pillows. I will definetively comeback again.

A business hotel with Excellent quality and servic
Hyatt Regency Mumbai was an exceptional hotel for business travelers needing to use an airport hotel close to the airport. The service, level of food quality and overall attention to every detail was above any of the hotels in the area. I used the Regency Club to work and entertain guests and it was quiet and a very good use of our time. The Italian Food Restaurant was very good quality food and excellent selection of wines. The front desk service attended to every need and the bellmen were amazing. I would recommend this hotel to every business traveler needing a hotel near the airport.

The hotel lobby and our room was beautiful. However, the incense in the lobby was too much. I didn't really like the food as everyone's pallet is different. There is a lot of security which one can appreciate depending on the person. The location of the hotel is not walkable to anything. The the pool was under maintenance so we were disappointed with that.
