Een taxi van het hotel naar het vliegveld is extreem duur als dit wordt geboekt vanuit de receptie van Novotel. Het is raadzaam om zelf een taxi te nemen van buiten. Dat is veel goedkoper. Dit komt Novotel niet ten goede.

Very friendly and helpfull persons working there. It is clean. But I did not like a precharge at check in from my credit card: 50.000 ind. rupees (almost 600 Euro). So I decided not to eat there and went to good restuarants not far away from the hotel. I was was very disappointed about this precharge even if I do not have to pay it finally. But all in all it was a good time at that hotel!

It could have been better, we stayed as a family and unfortunately the staff whether it was the front desk or room service was really lagging behind. I personally feel the standards have dropped since the last time I was there, either the hotel is understaffed or they’re not well trained and efficient. Every little thing that we required in the room would come after almost 7-8 calls persistently made to the room service or front desk. Hotel management can definitely do better.

The property is not maintained. The soap dispensers in the reception washroom are broken and only 1 works. The room cupboard doors are fragile and hanging on the hinges. The duvet covers are torn and on complianing got another one which was also torn.

Good facilities but lacking attention to detail
Improvement areas: -Due to the orientation of the building, majority of rooms offer only partial view of ocean. Website should be described as such. -The location of the hotel is situated in a nice part of mumbai along the beach, however the customer service given needs to match for it to be a 5*. -Staff is slow on responding to requests. Such as room not being ready after check-in time, lack of awareness on timely dealings with luggage or breakfast when catching an early flight etc. -Beach access is useful, however the system with the gate is not efficient. The guard may not always hear you and delayed reentry to the property may be expected. It seems as though the ratio of staff needs to increase to cope with the demand and high guest numbers. Good: -Prime location on Juhu beach, with good facilities like Spa on site. -Outdoor pool area is nice to sit and enjoy the view. -The hotel seem to be interested in actioning any feedback received.

I booked a ocean view and payed fully before landed and going to the hotel, after arriving I was told the room is not available which was quite upsetting because it was paid and how do you know hold off a expensive room? they ended up giving me a lowgrade twin beds room with my daughter with parking view and told me they will move us tomorrow, next day I went and asked and they said we r moving you and they end us moving me into a smaller room with pool view just to end the conversation. I spent alost 700$ usd dollars for three nights and I did not get the same room I purchased.

I will book some place else next time.
When I arrived my room was not ready. I had paid for a day in advance so to hold my room and make sure I could get an early check in because I was arriving at 4:30am. When I arrived they told me that the room I had paid for was not available and that they could get me into a different room for the evening. I just needed to sleep for a few hours. I was exhausted. Not to sound pretentious but I had booked a king size bed for my stay and when I arrived to the replacement room it was not the queen size bed the front desk person told me it was two twin size beds he then told me to quote " Push them together " and that this was an upgrade to what I had purchased. THIS WAS NOT AN UPGRADE! I'm very disappointed on customer service! I was transferred to the correct room the following day. But........when booking through hotels.com and having multiple emails with the hotel prior......why am I paying for two nights to make sure I had the correct room when I was given something else. I would defiantly stay some place else if I was to do this again. There are too many options and this place needs to train their front desk to do a better job.

Worst Hotel I have stayed, the rooms are filthy, bedsheets are stained, cockroaches everywhere. Food is subpar at best.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. However, it is a dated property and you can tell from the wear and tear. The room service is very patchy, like the for the 3 or us in the room, one day there was only one bath towel, while other days there were 3 but one one hand towel. The staff however, are amazing, super helpful, and on it. Dakshita from the cafe on the ground floor was exceptionally sweet to my daughter and we had a great time in that cafe thanks to her. Great location, and conveniently near everything we had planned.

The front desk staff was always rude and unhelpful. They seemed to be irritated in general. The breakfast was so understaffed. I asked for coffee 4 times when I finally got up to make my own coffee at the coffee machine. Also I got delivered someone else's dosa and then got 2 more delivered to my table. There is lack of training for all breakfast staff and very poor attitude at front desk. And to think I stayed there for 7 nights. It never got better any of the days that I had to deal with either department.

Great hotel but lacked service.Food n drink pricey
Fantastic hotel and great location, right on Juhu beach. Room was fine with a great view over looking the sea. The only down side was the service at breakfast. On one occasion we asked for coffee 3 times and it didn't arrive. Only when we raised our concerns and said we would be complaining that it arrived. Almost on all occasions there were no serviettes at breakfast, till we asked. Food and drinks at the hotel are very expensive which led us to eat out more than we would have wanted.

Not much. This place does not look like it looks in the pictures. Was sold a spa treatment package only to have construction going on throughout the treatments. Showed hotel staff that this isn’t the hotel I paid for judging by the pictures to which they dismissed me. Happy to pay if I receive what the pictures portray but it simply isn’t. Only one of the hotel restaurants is open and charge $10 nzd for a can of soda. The nicest staff here are the security out the front. Please don’t stay here off the pictures provided. There is construction going on everywhere and I would expect hotel prices for soda but $10nzd is a joke.

Everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. Praful, Aman, Rupali, Naziya, and the rest of the staff was super nice. Hospitality is top notch! The mattress I slept on was so hard that it caused me terrible back pain, however, Praful and Aman both made sure they took care of the matter as quickly as possible. Thank you everyone for a great experience!

This was the worse decision my husband and I made! We arrived at 230am after a 19 hour flight, our room on reservation stayed non smoking and check in time is 3pm. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and we were told to wait another 40 mins to get in. We moved into our room, it was a smoking floor, when I selected non smoking due to my allergies. They then shifted us to another floor and the bed sheets had human hair all over and the bathroom floor, we had them come and re clean and by this time it is 3:45am. The restaurants and pool outdoor area is fully under construction and noisy. The staff members are very rude and not helpful. I also booked a couples massage and had the worse experience! They almost twisted my ankle due to their inexperience. The woman who massages me, ended up stabbing me with her nails in my arm, to the point I have internal bleeding and I let the hotel know and they never cared or called back like they promised. We spoke to a gentleman name shivam and he is horrible! I have pictures of my arm and my complaint went ignored. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again if it was free. ITS DIRTY! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
