'We had a fantastic stay at Patrick’s Boathouse. The hosts were extremely accommodating, the room was great and really spacious with a super comfy bed. A simple breakfast was available in the room. I would definitely recommend and stay again if I was in Mumbles. '

'The staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a double room with a sea view and it was a bit small mainly because there was only space to hang a few clothes and nowhere really to put suitcases. The road was quite busy but quietened down early in the night. There are only a few parking spaces in front of the hotel and getting one is difficult so parking in the car park opposite is used at £6 for a day (8:00 to 23:00). Table in the bay window gives good views of the bay and good...

'Fabulous apartment! Beautiful views of Swansea Bay. Close to all amenities and just across the road from Verdi's restaurant. Rather tight getting into the undergroundparking bay. But otherwise a wonderful apartment that I would certainly consider renting again.'

'Great apartment, had everything we needed. Very clean and the bedding was bright white and comfortable. The area has everything, beach bars and restaurants all within walking distance.'

'It was a lovely modern property with nice beds and great kitchen. The seating area outside was great. Very central location. Parking is a bit of a pain as the nearby car parks are very expensive (£17/24hr v Swansea which are £5/24hr). No nearby free street parking. Mumbles is a very busy place. If you’re a light sleeper I’d advise earplugs as we found it quite noisy. Excellent communication from host and all in all a great place to stay whilst visiting the area '
