Room wasn't clean when we arrived, bathroom was dirty, bedsheets and cover were disgusting. We were given only one towel for 2 people staying 3 days. Front desk was unmanned a majority of the time. Phone was never answered, so we would have to search until we came across someone for anything needed. Would not recommend.

This place is absolutely awful. Check-in was fine and then we entered the room. The room had an old musky odor and carpet was stained. When checking the room out, there were stains on both comforters, food, or what we thought was food, was plastered on the wall and mirror was not cleaned. We had an event to go to so we left. On the drive to our event, we decided that we are not staying in that hole and booked the Quality Inn in Anderson. We’ve stayed there before and knew it would suit our needs.

At check in the lady wasn't very pleasant. When I asked why the amount I was charged was different than what I was told, she tells me there's a 2.50 fee for credit card processing. Who still charges the consumer a processing fee? We got to the room and I immediately began checking the room for cleanliness and bed bugs. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! The room was exceptionally clean! The rooms are older and it's easy to tell that but for what you pay it can't be beat. The bed was comfortable as well! Breakfast was a little disappointing. Oh and we booked a king room for two guests but there was only one towel and one wash cloth and no bath mat. The young lady who worked later in the evening was much friendlier.

The hotel itself is perfect if you’re on a business trip (like myself). But the staff, absolutely terrible. My first night, the attendant appeared to be drunk. Arguing in front of your customer, while on the job, not very professional. Another night, I waited almost 30 minutes at the front desk for the attendant. Only to be rudely argued with because he wasn’t present. Come to find out, it was actually the manager. I will be making a corporate complaint because it’s just unacceptable. If you’re in this kind of service, you’re expected to provide it. The cost and room are absolutely affordable and accommodating. The staff is not suitable to represent the hotel at all.

This is not somewhere I would ever stay again. The only reason I gave one star was because the lady working the front desk was friendly. We arrived at 7PM and it was about 40 degrees outside and there was no heat turned on in the room, there were also no towels in the room... they delivered when I called. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off the ceiling in many areas, the curtains were hanging off, there was a stain on the bed spread and the lamp had crusty dirt on it. The bathroom was mostly clean are were the bed linens which is the reason I stayed. I was also travelling with a young child and didn't want to start looking, not be able to find something and then have to convince them this was safe to stay.

Not great, but we only stayed 1 night.
Wasn't very clean. Front seat was not friendly. We had to ask for extra bedding, pillows, and towels as we had 4 people in a room but those items were not provided. The housekeeper lady was very friendly and helpful when getting the extra items for us. Our room needed a good cleaning and a few things fixed that would be simple, if they'd take the time. (Toilet paper holder, and curtains falling off the rod.)

We got to our room and couldn't wait to relax in the bed . My daughter gets on hers and it almost fell to the floor on one side ( she had to stay in the middle of the bed to keep from moving) i proceed to get in mine and it does the same i thought i was going to fall to the floor thank god my husband helped even it out but bam he gets up to go to the bathroom and i held on for dear life (room #125) if we didnt have such a long day id have asked for a room change. My husband then was changed and headed to enjoy the pool and to our surprise it was drained. Breakfast was oatmeal cream pies,instant oatmeal and waffles needless to say not very continental so we checked out early to find a real Breakfast that didnt included oatmeal cream pies

I checked in at 5:30pm, put my suitcase in the room and left for an event. Came back at 9:30pm, the room had a weird smell, the sheets were stained, and had a huge wolf spider by the door. I was refused a refund because it was after 9pm. I checked out and stayed somewhere else. Not much by way of customer service. The lady at the front desk just said "OK", like she couldn't be bothered by my complaints, didn't even offer an apology. Needless to say I will never stay there again.

Quality Inn- where is the quality?
They offered breakfast but what was truly breakfast? Taking a shower felt like I was going to fall through the tub. Pool was closed and so was the workout room. No business center. This is my second and last time doing a quality Inn. These hotels are only good if you’re just passing through town.

Hello, are you open???
I wasn’t even sure if this hotel was open when we got inside. There were many rooms that were used for storage with the doors open stains on the bedsheets when you went down for breakfast all the chairs were on top of the tables and you had to put them down on the floor. Thank God it was only a one day trip… Won’t be coming back to this hotel! Called is the front desk for a wake up call and let it ring 20 times. Still no one answered.

Nobody is ever at the front counter to check in, the room was extremely dirty, where we had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. The carpet had dust falls all over and there was nasty hair everywhere in the bathroom we thought by having a free breakfast, it would even it out, the coffee was ice cold and almost pure water and there was barely any items for breakfast. We ended up going to McDonald’s. It said there was a pool and upon getting there they said the pool was not open. The hallways were covered with food and large crumbs everywhere i just wanted to lock myself in my room until morning . All of the vending machines had maybe one item in them and only took cash and there’s no ATM. I very much wish I paid the extra money to go to the Marriott down the street.

I don’t ever write reviews and this place made me want to.. at one point housekeeping came and took our towels and didn’t replace them. We had to go to the front desk to ask for them only to find out there were none so we had to wait until the next morning. In the AM we went to ask the front desk about towels again and they were extremely rude at which point we were asked to retrieve them from housekeeping ourselves! Unbelievable! The ice box in our room looked as if it had been urinated in and not cleaned as well as the carpet had fuzz balls on it that looked like human hair.. would NEVER stay here again!

Walked into a dirty room. I found a dirty towel and past guest shirt left behind. No towels were available. Asked hotel worker for more towels and they never gave me any towels the whole week I was there. Damp room, lights we burnt out or one light was working. Not a good experience. Definitely don’t recommend. That’s why the price was cheap.

It was the worst place i have ever stayed. Carpet was filthy. Big black sticky spots, no towel bar, no luggage stand. Something was on the carpet that was full of ants. And one of the ice machines closest to my room was broke and the pool was not available. Didnt know the area or i would have looked else where.

Avoid this "Quality" Inn
My stay was because of a conference, and many members of my conference were staying here. I heard similar complaints from all of them. We all reported them with no results. There was no quality in this "Quality" Inn. Not one member of my group (multiple rooms) had a hot (or even warm!) shower any of the three mornings we were there. Among many concerns-my room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, the bathroom door was broken, there was no tp holder, and the shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall. Housekeeping took out the garbage and replaced a towel, but did not replace coffee or anything else and everything in the room was covered in a thick layer of dust.

Save you money and book elsewhere.
Not sure where to start…. Got into town a little early but they wouldn’t let me check in 1/2 hr early….not a big deal Had to put my shoulder into room door to get it to open and it wouldn’t close on its own. The pool was closed for maintenance and the ice machine didn’t work. Went to make coffee the next morning and there was a moldy tea bag in coffee pot. Went to lobby to get coffee and it was cold out of the pot. Continental breakfast was toast, oatmeal cream pie’s or waffles but out of syrup. Only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfy and I slept like a dcrago@comcast.net.
