Fijn hotel, kom zeker terug.
* mooie kamer met klein keukentje met koffiemachine, grote badkamer met fijne douche, fijn bed en goede grote tv. * Zeer centraal met ondergrondse entree München centraal station binnen 2 minuten lopen. * Goed geïsoleerde kamer. * Buurt rond centraal station is 's nachts een beetje duister. Maar dit is in elke grote stad.

En general la habitación están bien y limpia cerca de la central. Así que sí, estás unos pocos días y llegas a entrenas conveniente. Lo único malo es que el checking sólo se puede hacer a través de una computadora.

The hotel itself was very nice, although was odd that there was no 'front desk' or person to work with upon arrival/departure. Had a parking lot across the street we were able to park in, although we were not told (could only email staff) it wasn't accessible before 6am, and we had a 6:10a flight...so caused a bit of a concern when we went to leave and had to scramble to find someone to assist getting out. Luckily we were able to! Area around the hotel (park in particular) seemed a little 'sketchy' and we were careful not to walk through later in the evenings. Hotel itself was great other than it was too warm. (Kept windows and doors open when we were there). Room had a nice patio to sit out on.

I did not like this hotel. I was not aware there was no lobby and no staff, the description of hotel is clear on that, but wasn't aware there was NO staff in property to help with anything. All is automated. The room was no very clean, felt dusty and found webs between furniture. Stayed for 2 nights, and the room was not cleaned once. The area is not that nice, somewhat sketchy. It is not near to any attraction, but has a metro station very close. In general, i wouldn't recommend this property. Cant review the service, because there was no service given at all, by anyone.

酒店採取全自助式服務,沒有任何職員在場 。check in 前酒店不會提供行李寄存服務,需自行到火車站寄存 ,但check out後有提供 。大堂有提供水果和水 ,可以自行取用 。

The hotel is fine, however hen booking I was lead to believe that there were kitchen facilities in the room so booked, however on arrival the units are locked and you have to pay a further €38 to unlock this facility. This was not clear at the point of booking so misleading.

ミュンヘン中央駅と空港へのシャトルバス乗り場から徒歩5分程で、近くにスーパーや飲食店もある便利な立地です。 入口のタブレットでセルフチェックイン/アウトの手続きをします。日本語表記はありませんが、氏名か予約番号を入力すると検索されるので、予約が表示されたら氏名や住所等を入力し、最後に署名をして、置いてあるカードをリーダーに乗せると部屋番号が登録されてチェックイン完了です。 宿泊中スタッフの方は一人も見かけませんでしたが、毎日清掃は入っていました。部屋内には、おそらくキッチンと思われる扉が付いていたのですが、鍵がかかっていて使えませんでした(おそらく別料金)。キッチンも料金に含まれていたら最高でした。エスプレッソメーカーは自由に使え、お湯のみを沸かす事も出来ました。 通りに面した部屋だったのでトラムの音は良く聞こえましたが、比較的静かで快適な滞在となりました。

The property was an easy walk to the train & bus station. A tram stop is less than a block away. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was great except two things: first, we booked the hotel bc we wanted to be close to the train station (we had an afternoon train scheduled) & we read on Expedia that the hotel offered luggage storage. However, there is no front desk at this property so there is no way to store luggage (despite advertising such) so we had to end up carrying our luggage while sightseeing around town. Second, we stayed in a triple room & the double bed was in an alcove that was so small that the sides of the bed touched the walls so we had to crawl up to the top of the bed from the bottom of the bed & the alcove had no light. Triple room may not be appropriate for elderly or those who can’t maneuver well.

The staff were amazing, very helpful! This hotel is in a great location, but one night we had some want to be Italian singers at 2:30am and then again at 4:30am (of course not within the control of the hotel). It is close to the train station and within walking distance to the Duomo. We will definitely stay there again!

This property is self check in, very quick and easy. Their sister hotel is across the street where they always have staff and a bar/restaurant. Building was very secure and our suite was fantatic. It is very clean and well kept!

1人で泊まりましたが、駅からも近く迷わず行くことができました。上の階が物を落とした等の音はよく聞こえてきました。がそれ以外は気になりません。 部屋にあるアニメティはハンドソープやシャワーキャップ、タオル、バスマットです。 ティッシュや歯ブラシシャンプーは自分で地下に行き取りに行かないといけませんでした。

Well, this was our first no-person-in-sight hotel and it would have been alright if we weren't so exhausted (and cold). We had to check in ourselves using a tablet at the entrance and took a few tries to activate our keys. And absolutely no one in sigh to help. We managed to get in finally, but I wonder if my mother would be able to in the same situation!

A parte il checkin self service che comunque e' sempre abbastanza scomodo ( non funzionava lo schermo ' dovuta intervenire ragazza...) l'albergo e' molto pulito e nuovo ed e' ben ubicato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.

Advastay was a perfectly fine hotel. Check in was easy and the rooms are clean and spacious. However I did find the rooms uncomfortably warm and could not turn down the heater. The area is close to the station which is convenient but not the nicest area, hoeever it is just a short walk or tram ride to the old town. There are many nice cafes, bakeries and restaurants on the same street and there is plenty to do and see nearby.

中央駅から近く、スーパーやドラッグストアなど何でも揃っていて便利。 わからないことはメールで問い合わせたらすぐに返信してくださり、助かりました。 部屋は思っていたより広く、逆に怖くなるくらい。 毎日清潔に掃除していただいていましたが、タオルは自分で交換しにいかなければならないようでした。 コーヒーメーカーの接触が少し悪かったけど、お皿から何から揃っていて助かりました。 水もレモン水が一階で補充できて節約できました。 6-7階のメゾネットタイプでしたが、7階の扉がなぜか鍵を使っても外から開かず、7階の寝室にスーツケースを運ぶのは内階段を使用、また脚の悪い同行者は上り下りに多少苦労していました。 チップを置いていたら、「ありがとう!」とメモがあり素敵な方が清掃してくれているのだなと、ほっこり。 また、朝ドアを開けるとクリスマスシーズンだからか、サンタさんのチョコレートが置かれていてそれも嬉しかったです! 大雪でテラスが使えず残念でしたが、充分素敵な滞在になりました。

A week in Munich
You have to go across the street to the main hotel for any type of help. They were very helpful they advertise luggage storage which they were able to accommodate upon arrival utilizing lockers at the host hotel. I was told I would receive an email 72 hours prior to arrival about checking in which I did not receive Hotels.com did speak with the hotel and I received the email 12 hours before check-in, it also stated I should store my luggage at the train station. Since no one man’s a desk in this hotel lobby, it misses a personal touch like figuring out the shower and how to get the room below 16°C. The facility is well-maintained and clean and the effort by the hotel shows while it is fresh, smelling, it doesn’t have the overwhelming odor of chemicals and carpet freshener. Rooms were exceptionally clean daily. it was safe it’s only a few minutes walk from the main train station. The buffet is across the street and €17. I miss the coffee and tea and variety of snacks available in the lobby like the other two facilities. There is a Coke machine in the basement. But cheaper snacks were found in the train station. Yes, the area is safe. Yes I would stay here again.
