Locatie perfect. Alleen de badkamers zijn aan vervanging toe. Een bad om te douchen en stinkende douchegordijnen. Je zou wensen dat hotels geen bad meer hebben maar gewoon een normale douche waar je fatsoenlijk in kunt staan.

Mordern business hotel outside the city centre
This hotel is located outside the city center of Munich. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a tram stop at 7 minutes walk. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. We had an executive plus room on the 15th floor with great views over the park and the city. The executive lounge was a bit of a disappointment: drinks and snacks are only available for a very short period and the internet connection is not good enough for business purposes. Not worth the extra price at all. Extremely friendly staff at reception, the lounge as well as in the restaurants.

Es un buen hotel pero está alejado de la zona céntrica, sin embargo nosotros fuimos a un partido de futbol del Bayern y está ideal porque está a 14 min en taxi del estadio y a 14 minutos del centro también. Las habitaciones son grandes, la zona muy tranquila, rodeado de naturaleza.

Pros - The staff were very attentive and the hotel was very clean. Cons - The lifts need to be recalibrated. They seem to have a mind of their own and you could go up and down several times before arriving on the correct floor. At least one lift was out of order for the entirety of our 4 night stay and a second lift was out of order for at least the third day, causing some long delays in waiting for a lift. The mattress on our bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. I found food and drink at the hotel to be very expensive - €4 for a bottle of water, €29 for breakfast! - It feels as though they were taking advantage of there not being many places to get food and drink in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Probably the worst customer service Ive ever recieved. Checking in we recieved absolutely no information about the hotel facilities. Nothing was organized for us, for example parking. The first morning there was not enough spaces for breakfast, so we were sat in the lobby with FAR less choice for the same price. The hostess checking people in to breakfast on the second day was immensely rude. Booked a room with a balcony to see the fireworks. Was put on a lower floor so couldn't actually see them. I booked this months ago. I should've been given a better room. Extremely disappointing. The bed was rock hard. The pillows were comfortable though. Any engagement with reception took a ridiculously long time. They even served other people who just arrived and pushed in line, before people who had been waiting. I doubt I'll bother with staying at any Hilton again.

Wegen Streik der DB konnte ich erst einen Tag später anreisen und konnte das Zimmer anstatt 2 Nächten nur 1 Nacht nutzen. Ihre Fahrt von Zürich HB nach München Hbf am 08. Dez. 2023 um 17:33 Uhr fällt wegen eines bundesweiten Streiks der GDL aus. Weder ebookers noch Hilton Munich Park waren kulant. Ich musste den vollen Preis bezahlen.

Hard bed & not central
I was stuck in the hotel whilst there was a snow storm - my only issues were the bed was very hard and the pillows very uncomfortable. On a side note the hotel is not very central and made it impossible to do anything.

Dårlig støyisolerte rom
Renhold på rom og i restauranten er overfladisk. Enkelte vegger i restauranten hadde flekker etter søl. Fikk rom i 9'ende etasje, som skulle være litt oppgradert. Men rommet lå inntil heisen, og man kunne høre heisdørene gå opp og igjen til alle døgnets tider. Svært dårlig støyisolering på rommet, gjorde at det ble minimalt med nattesøvn. Ta med eget drikkevann, 6€ for 1 liten flaske vann er ekstremt mye. Svært kostbar mat i restauranten Tivoli, og den lever ikke opp til prisen. Carpaccioen var spekt... Stort pluss for hotellet er betjeningen, som er svært imøtekommende og service innstilt. Skal du bo her, sørg for å få rom langt unna heisen, ta med egen drikke til rommet. Bruk Wolt for å få middag bringt, eller dra ut av hotellet for å spise. Kort gangavstand til nærmeste dagligvarebutikk, og evt pizza restaurant. Hotellet ligger fint plassert om man vil gå en tur i parken, og man bruker ca 30-40min på å gå til sentrum. Det er taxi holdeplass rett utenfor hotellet, så for den som skal til messeområdet, behøver man ikke å gå langt for å finne drosje

Away from the city and quiet. But a quick walk through the English Garden to the city center to get ready for the day! Staff was excellent! The biggest downside is that when booking through Expedia a cancellable reservation really isn’t. So be solid of your plans before you book and don’t pay extra for a cancellable reservation since it really can’t be.
