We are located in the middle of the city, which means all important sightseeings, restaurants, shops etc are in walking distance which we thinks is very comfortable, but of course it means also a little bit more noise. Guest who are staying on the 6th floor we always offer to bring them up with the elevator -this must have been a big misunderstanding. Please apologize. Guests who want to have new towels, just have to throw them on the ground- a common practise in hotels to protect environment. We are sorry too if this didn't happen in your case.
