Een mooi appartement
Het appartement is ruim opgezet en voorzien van alle gemakken. Goede bedden, kussens wel erg zacht voor onze smaak maar dat is persoonlijk misschien. Je kunt er met 6 personen verblijven en toch voldoende privacy hebben. 1 badkamer waar het toilet bij in zit, is wel een beetje onhandig. Het heeft een goede wifi. Met de trein naar München is heel goed te doen, goede verbinding. We konden zelfs om 2 uur 's nachts nog met openbaar vervoer terug. We hebben het heel goed gehad en onthouden het zeker voor een volgende keer. En niet onbelangrijk: vriendelijke ontvangst, de gastheer/vrouw staat klaar voor vragen, heel prettig!

Vlakbij treinstation. Eigen parkeerplaats. Winkels, bakker en veel ijssalons vlakbij. Alle ramen met rolluiken. Grote led-tv. Snelle wifi. Voorzien van alle wenselijke comfort (behalve een lift, dus even trappenlopen) Boxspring ligt vorstelijk. Op de dag van ons vertrek is airco aangelegd. Wat wil een mens nog meer......

Great location
Apartment was perfect for us and our grown son. Apartment is close to the autobahn, restaurants and bus station. The host is extremely friendly. We were 5 minutes from Dachau concentration camp and only 30 minutes from the aiport. Would 100% book again here!!!

Perfect!
Our stay in Dachau was perfect. 5 minute walk from train station. There is an hourly 11 minute direct train to Munich and a frequent 21 minute commuter train. Very clean and spacious apartment. Balcony was nice. Check in was very easy. It was very warm weather so the AC in the main space was very nice. Bedrooms were a little warm but very nice. Would definitely stay again!

Great apartment close to metro
My friends and I stayed for Oktoberfest in Munich & had a pleasant experience. The property is right by the metro line, which made it easy to get to Munich. Hosts were helpful during check-in and were attentive when we messaged with questions. Thank you for the hospitality!

Perfect stay in Dachau
We stayed at this property for 4 nights in June. The apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient. Grocery stores, restaurants and the train station are all within a short walk. Rodger and Lynn were gracious hosts and met all our needs. We would definitely stay at this residence again if we are travelling to the Munich area. Just a short, pleasant train ride or drive to the center of the city.

Comfortable and modern Munich Location
My husband and I just spent several wonderful days in Rodger and Lynn's apartment. The location is perfect for public transportation and private parking is a plus. The apartment is well maintained, very clean and modern. Rodger is a great host, quite responsive to any questions or assistance when needed. Nice place to stay, clean and well organized. Great location, easy to walk to grocery store, gelato and restaurants. Close to train and bus station. Only complaint was finding the key to get in.

Thanks so much for your good rating. We have for all of our places a key safe, that our guests may arrive at any time. These key safes are under the signs where your park your car. The number for the key safe is given the day before arrival or sometimes early in the morning of the arrival. We also send a pdf file with pictures of exactly where the parking place is located, showing also the key safe next to it. If for any reason a person might not find the key safe right away, we can assist them per telephone or sms. My son also lives on the first story above the ground floor and is always ready to help guests with anything they might need.

Very clean Large 2 bedroom apartment in centre of town,
Had a lovely 5 night stay in a very clean and modern apartment, owner was great, answered all our question, it was very very hot on our stay, air conditioning unit was only in living area, bedroom's very hot,but Roger was very quick at bringing two more fans over, road outside one bedroom was busy but that's what you get when you stay in town, only two bedrooms so two kids slept in living area.Great location for visiting Munich and the rest of Germany, train station and McDonald's 5 min walk, was a good stay ,could have done with some information in apartment ,like a welcome pack, with how things work in the apartment , train times, takeaway menus, visiters book, but still a great place to stay,

Great location
We had a minor hiccup upon arrival, the apartment we had rented had not been vacated by the previous renters. Rodger put us in an alternative apartment of the same size on a different floor so it was a non-issue. The apartment is in a great location and the town was picturesque. It's a short walk to the train station and has grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants all very close. The apartment itself was well maintained and had everything we needed.

Fantastic location and nice accomodations
This property is very convenient to the train station that can have you in Munich in around 20 minutes with only about an easy five minute walk to the train station. The apartment is very nice with plenty of room. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a great bakery for breakfast on the corner. We enjoyed our time here.

My boys and I had a wonderful time in Dachau and Munich. Our stay in this property was right up there with the rest of them. Clean. Well maintained. Well stocked. Lots of amenities. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning (which was odd because you had to leave the window open to vent it out but it still worked quite well!) Great shower. Washer and dryer in the building. Host was responsive. A short walk from the train station. Great Wi-Fi. Really couldn’t ask for much more. We would definitely stay here again should we travel back to this are! Thank you Rodger!

Very nice property, Nice size space and very good amenities. Excellent!
Rodger was awesome, the house was ready and clean. Had everything that we needed to have a very comfortable. He had many nice welcoming treats at the house waiting and was very knowledgeable about the area, food and sights. These are great hosts and would certainly stay there again. VERY NICE. It was also a great little town to walk around. Also another BIGGIE is you are close to groceries, bakery, and fresh meats, small pubs, all different types of foods very very close to the house! Great property, just like home!
We spent 2 nights at this property ant it exceeded our expectations. Great location and easy to get around to all of the sights Munich has to offer. The apartment had all of the necessary odds and ends needed to prepare meals as well, this is always a plus. When we come back we will mist definitely stay here again. The only downside was locating the property. We were delayed and did not arrive until after 1:00am. More precise directions or perhaps a quick map on how to get there from the train station would be benificial. Overall this was a great experience!

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Für Urlauber ohne Auto - wie uns - ist diese Wohnung optimal. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten vom Bahnhof erreicht man diese. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe - Supermarkt, Böckerei, Apotheke, Arzt usw. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist hochwertig. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung wohl erst vor einiger Zeit komplett saniert und renoviert wurde. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich! Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich von Hr. Dusatko empfangen. Innerhalb der Woche traf man ihn auch immer mal wieder im Haus an. Er saniert wohl gerade eine weitere Wohhnung hier im Haus. Vielen Dank für die schöne Wohnung und auch die Möglichkeit alle Speisen und Getränke in der Wohnung zu verzehren - ohne Mehrkosten. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen! Familie Thoms

Great place for a family traveling to Munich
Rodger was the perfect host. He thought of everything. Kitchen was stocked with essentials including juice, butter, milk and soft drinks. There were also snacks available to munch on. I couldn't believe there was a hair dryer to use and lots of extra supplies (things like a toothbrush in case you forgot yours) so you didn't have to run aound supplying the apt before getting off to the city. Rodger even had an ice scraper when it turned out our rental car didn't have one. We stayed over Christmas and we couldn't have had a better time if Santa himself had paid a visit! Place is clean, comfortable and an easy train ride into Munich. YOu won't be disappointed staying here.
