Escape to this newly built relaxing estate built on the riverfront of the picturesque Little Missouri River. Centrally located, minutes from stunning Lake Greeson, Crater of Diamonds State Park, fishing, kayaking, hiking, or enjoying the downtown square of Murfreesboro, Arkansas. This quaint vacation rental offers an enjoyable and tranquil retreat for guests. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 queen bed rooms, a double full bedroom, a cozy bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (one with full), and a living room queen sleeper sofa, there is plenty of space for everyone. The property also features a kitchen with an expansive bar for extra seating, 3 full bathrooms, a large laundry room, a spacious outdoor covered back patio complete with a jumbo screen TV and tons of seating, a large carport that doubles as a second large covered patio area, and a inviting stone firepit to soak up moonlit nights. The outdoor serenity of this property is complete with a large wooden deck overlooking the beautiful river. For outdoor cooking and grilling, a large commercial size charcoal grill and a wood smoker are great additions for serving groups! The property is beautiful and well equipped. The deck over the river made a wonderful place to enjoy the evening and look at the stars. Plenty of room for everyone and just an all around excellent experience.

This is a great place for a large group. We had six adults and six children between the ages of 2 and 10. It was super clean. Plenty of towels, but we still had to wash some while we were there. (Six kids!) Kitchen had everything we needed. (We had to watch the four younger children between 2 and 5 pretty close because there was a drop-off down to the river not far from the patio area. The 8 and 10 year-olds were fine. See pictures.) Quiet area. Large piece of property with lots of treed. House is set back from the road, so there is no traffic noise. Not far from other houses but we never heard or saw the neighbors. Lots of parking area and a large covered patio to sit outside. There was a large supply of firewood for the fire pit. A really great place!

Loved the river location. Gorgeous view. Walking distance from the river access. Great deck. Absolutely beautiful home. Really appreciated the bunk beds for the kids. WiFi worked. Would def stay again. We’ve been coming to the area for years and this has been the nicest accommodations we’ve found.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! Perfect stay with the kids for a few days. Only wish it could’ve been longer. Everything was just as described and did not disappoint. Our favorite part was family fires at night. My only suggestion would be to have some skewers on hand for marshmallows and s’mores. We hunted for branches that did the trick, but skewers would have made it easier (but perhaps not as fun for the kids).

Fantastic newly built property on The Little Missouri River. A group of friends and I have been coming to this area for years to fish. This was our first time staying at this property and we could not have been more pleased. It was very well appointed and comfortable.

This place is perfect for a family vacation. We had 9 adults and 5 kids and it never felt small. It has a lot of sweet little extras that mean a lot if you forgot one of those things at home. The kitchen is magnificent and the double oven was perfect for all of the cooking we did. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back one day.

Our family of 14 stayed for the weekend. The house was beautiful, relaxing and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The patio area was great for being outside and watching football while the kids played corn hole. We will stay again if we come back to the area.

What a gorgeous river front home and property! Our 4 adult children and I stayed 13-15 Sept 2024. The four bedrooms and three full baths (one en suite) was plenty of room for the five of us. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were fully stocked and accommodated. The outdoor living areas & dock/deck were laid out perfectly and offered enough space for 12-15 with room to spare! The location was just a few minutes from town and the Crater of Diamonds State Park. The town was very quaint and bucolic, definitely worth a trip if you like neat boutiques and antique shops. We also dined at the "Feed Bin" which was very good. We don't drink often but the kids did want a couple bottles of wine for dinners, however, this is a dry county so you must BYOB. The owners are excellent hosts and responded to all of our emails immediately. As a family we travel 3-4 times a year for get togethers and almost always stay in VRBO's. After this trip, we definitely give this property best in class for our 2024 trips! Definitely 5 of 5 STARS! Thank you for helping make our amazing memories possible! C. Jones Family
