'We would absolutely stay at this hotel again! The room and bathroom were huge and very comfortable for our family of 4. The room was very clean and had everything from robes, makeup mirror, coffee makers etc.
The hotel was connected to the Target Centre and downtown stores which as amazing as it was cold and raining when we were in the city. Staff were amazing during check in and provided great info about the area.
Excellent choice if you are staying in the city! '

'The hotel is well located and attractive. They don’t tell you in advance that you may not be able to park in their lot (with in-and-out privileges) and may have to park in the UM deck instead.
Water pressure left something to be desired.
It was crowded and hard to catch an elevator.
Lots of high school kids stayed for competitions while we were there and it was very loud. They congregated in the halls without regard to other guests.'

'The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There was no noise problems. Staff at check in were polite and provided. Breakfast on Friday was good.
Breakfast on Saturday was not good. The trash was overflowing. The tables were not cleaned and restocking was not done. Several items were gone completely and some that were left were cold.'

'Top hotel. Mooi van buiten en van binnen. Frans Normandisch kasteel. Zeer aardige heer bij het inchecken. Ruime schone kamer, alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer goed ontbijt. Geen buffer, bestellen en het werd vers gemaakt. En echte verse jus dorange. In downtown. 15 minuten naar de mall of America en 40 naar daar waar wij voor kwamen, Paisley Park, de studio, woonruimte het alles van Prince. Waanzinnig was dat. Op loopafstand vh hotel een prachtige Prince mural en first avenue. Genoeg...

'We ended up at this hotel due to blizzard conditions. While the room was clean and comfortable, our overnight experience was horrible. We arrived around 9 pm and already the room across the hall from us seemed pretty busy. As the night went on, more and more people arrived and the volume of music, voices, and hallway traffic became completely out of control. I ended up calling the front desk 5+ times before the Msp police arrived to clear out the room. Each time I called, I gave plenty of time...
