Geavanceerde Gold Country Cottage (nieuwe eigenaren vanaf 2/18/2020)

Gelegen op 1 mijl van het centrum van Murphys op 6. 5 hectare. Privé maar niet afgelegen. Nieuwbouw, dit charmante kleine huisje is fris en uniek. Warm, kleurrijk en vriendelijk met een mooie combinatie van nieuw en antiek meubilair. Comfort is onze primaire focus, kingsize bed, alle katoenen beddengoed, sprankelende badkamer, groot dek met uitzicht, mooie tegels en granieten keuken en gezellige woonkamer. Er is ook een queensize aerobed dat op het dek kan worden uitgerold als u ervoor kiest om onder de sterren te slapen. Op loopafstand van Indian Rock Vineyards en proeflokaal. De avonden zijn gevuld met het geluid van kikkers en krekels, doe het licht uit voor geweldige sterrenkijken. Herten, kalkoenen, kwartels en konijnen zijn frequente bezoekers.
Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uw bezoek aan Murphys en alles dat Calaveras County te bieden heeft.

perfect location for quiet relaxation up in the woods surrounded by beautiful nature with the luxury of hotel-like inside/ well equipped home. Did not need to go out of the property at all because the place is already sufficiently amazing. Only minor communication problem did not get exact info how to open the gate ahead of time but Renee answered our call right away and helped us.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a lovely time. The weather was perfect. The host was very responsive. The home has everything you would need. The views from the deck were amazing, especially watching to moon rise. We were able to recharge. We would love to come stay again!

Cozy Cottage

Quiet and secluded with wonderful accommodations. Beautifully decorated inside and a super comfy bed also. Because the cottage sits up on a hill, the views from the deck and surrounding acreage are really lovely. Very peaceful place.

Get away to gold country

My beau and I absolutely loved our stay at Renee and Paul’s hideaway! It is beautifully designed with style and class. It was the perfect size for 2. We grilled and sipped both our evening wine and morning coffee on the deck-watching the antics of the resident hummingbird. Bed was very comfortable! Nice bath and toiletries. The kitchen was perfect. (Note that there is a microwave but no oven). Secluded and yet close enough to town. We will be back!

Beautiful cottage in Murphys

Loved this sweet cottage! Everything we needed was there, and it is so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Located about 1.5 miles outside of town and set on its own with lovely sweeping views meant a real sense of privacy and so quiet and peaceful! Renee was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back as this is a perfect base for walking in Big Trees State Park (fall colors were amazing) and cycling, plus enjoying the sweet town and amenities of Murphys.

Serene Treetop Cottage

This little cottage is the perfect place to escape from the hubbub and stress of everyday life. You feel like you're amongst the treetops in the middle of a forest, yet you're a mile or two from charming Murphys and many wineries in the area. This location is also the perfect jumping off place for exploring the Sierras or Gold Country towns. And if you like hummingbirds, trees, or beautiful art, you are in luck, as this location has them all. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The "Hummingbird" Cottage

We had a wonderful two-day stay at this property. It was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and dining on the deck in the evening and sipping our coffee there in the morning. The seclusion of the property allows for a peaceful stay. We were constantly watching the numerous birds around us - especially the humming birds! We only wished we had booked another night because it was hard to leave.

Peaceful Tree House

Imagine staying in a treehouse, that's how you'll feel in this wonderful abode perfectly appointed for two. The details of this little hideaway are beautifully curated for comfort. We were there during the first rain of the season and thoroughly enjoyed watching it pour down on the pine and oak trees through picture windows in every room. While the property itself is very private, it is located in a charming neighborhood. If you are the walking type, it is an easy two mile walk into town. It was magical staying there. We can't wait to return.

Amazing location

We had an amazing experience at the cabin, we drink coffee on the porch and listened to the birds in the morning. It was very peaceful, secluded and it’s a great place to really step back from everyday life and be with someone you love.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay in this gorgeous rental. All amenities were as described in the listing and then some. The owners are incredibly responsive. The place was clean and the views are fantastic. Wildlife, sunsets, bbq on the deck, super patio, great walks in the nearby neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Get refreshed and unwind

Anyone that wants to relax in total comfort and privacy....book this spot. Great location, everything you need , superb hosts. Close to the magical town of MURPHYS but far enough away for total privacy. Loved this place 4 years ago and still adore it now.
