you can sit on the sofa and watch the white-water waves roll in without stepping foot in the sand if you don't want to or if your handicapped it is perfect to watch the waves and people playing in the water.

The balcony is awesome with quality furniture and you can see down the beautiful coast, so have a beverage and relax.

Park in front of the condo and need to take the crowded elevator, if you don't want to. The staircase to the beach is conveniently located next to this condo.

The living room has a new sofa by England and two designer chairs. New ceramic tile plank flooring throughout. Basically, everything is new inside, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The coffee table can expand into an additional table for your comfort while watching your 50 in. screen TV ,

The Kitchen is new with dishes, pots and pans, that you would find in your own home. Lots of extras too. Beach Dreams provides a table for four and a counter that seats three.
The master has a new organic queen size mattress that is super comfortable with four fluffy pillows, high thread count sheets and a beautiful comforter.

The guest bedroom has a beach mural, giving the room a special ambiance with again, very comfortable beds and pillows.

The master bath has a tub and shower and the guest bath has a shower. We have a large washer and dryer.

We have an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool and a jacuzzi.
We have a restaurant called the Salty Pickle and it serves awesome drinks and food so you don't have to drive anywhere if you don't to. It is .7 miles, to the Garden City Pier, for live entertainment, food and arcades galore in the summer. if you walk to the left, we have the Conch Cafe. Good food and great view! We also have a little mini mart next to the condo for ice and what-nots. forgot to tell you about the sunrises! Oh well, come see for yourself. Hope to see you soon!

Three Years of Happiness

This was our third year in the condo and it gets better every year. The location is ideal, the condo is roomy and cozy, access to beach and pool is quick and easy and you just can't beat the view. With this unit being on the 2nd floor, you are steps away from the pool and beach. Well decorated while very comfortable, couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! And Jeanie and Billy will make sure you are taken care of, we will most definitely return and we look forward to it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The host provided complete instructions for use of various appliances. They also made recommendations for dining, including providing menus. There were many "extras" included not typically found in similar properties. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. The entire condo complex was impressive. We would definitely consider staying here in the future.

We first stayed at Beach Dreams in Spring 2023 and were thrilled to make a return visit. Jeanie and Billy take tremendous pride in their property. The decor is beautiful. The place is immaculately clean. And I'm constantly amazed at all of the little things they include so you don't have to think about them. From beach chairs and towels to shampoo to cleaning products, it's all there. We love being able to park right outside the door. And of course the beach view is amazing!! You will not be disappointed with Beach Dreams!

Jeanie and Bill’s place is like your home away from home. I couldn’t be more happy. Everything you needed was there alls you had to do was bring your suite cases and bring your own food. Exceptional Again

This was our second visit. We loved it so much last year we just had to do it again. Second floor provides an awesome balcony view over the pool and your ocean view is awesome. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL AND HOMEY CONDO

We had an amazing stay at the condo. It is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Definitely feels more like you are staying with a friend and not a motel type atmosphere. This location has everything you could possibly need. A great indoor and outdoor pool, beautiful location on the beach and even a bar and restaurant. Parking was great and close to front door and easy to navigate. The location is also so close to everything. It was so nice waking up and sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the beach and listening to the waves. Great and friendly hosts. What more could you ask for? We definitely would love to come for another visit here.

Mom and I had a wonderful stay at Beach Dreams! The view from the Balcony is simply beautiful. Mom enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in while I walked the beach. The host Jeanie and Billy were awesome and easy to communicate with! A lot of great restaurants nearby. Watching the sunrise never gets old. The condo is decorated all in the beach theme and so is the balcony❤️

Billy and Jeannie were excellent hosts! THANK YOU. The view from the balcony, ocean front, is dreamy. The decoration in the condo is top-notch, cohesive theme and tastefully done. We cooked most days in the condo, but there are restaurants within walking distance. Situated between the Surf City and Garden City piers. Garden City was the closer one, maybe half a mile (?), and walking on the beach to the piers was very enjoyable. We were there during (not for) BIKE WEEK, [and we were on a motorcycle ourselves] so we saw lots of motorcycles everywhere. I would recommend the HOA make a rule that motorcycles need to park, (on the parking structure,) but closer to the street side, not in front of the condo's doors because it gets super noisy. If you don't want motorcycle noise check the calendar of events to avoid those weeks. The pools and jacuzzi, both inside and outside, were a delight to our family. There is a restaurant/bar on the first floor of the building, which is very convenient. The condo has TVs in every room. There is a mini-mart next to the building, which further adds to convenience. The condo has beach chairs and boogie boards to use (our girls loved them!). For an older building, it is very well-mantained. The pools are cleaned daily and we saw maintenance personnel working all the time. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would love to come back again. THANKS Jeannie and Billy 💞💕💞
