Surf Master by the Sea 108 is a three-bedroom, three-bath first-floor oceanfront condo located 1.2 miles north of Garden City Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, oceanfront balcony, LVT flooring, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs (65-inch in living room), DVD player, Wi-Fi, and RING smart doorbell are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, one double, and two twin-sized beds, plus one sofa bed. Common area features include two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools, hot tubs, and parking, (some covered, seven-foot clearance). Parking spaces are limited, and availability is based on the size of each unit. One-bedroom units are assigned one parking pass; two- and three-bedroom units are assigned two parking passes. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear-view mirror or in a prominent area on the dash board are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA. Additional parking passes are not available for other guests or visitors of guests. This unit is in the south building. No smoking. No pets. No golf carts allowed. Maximum occupancy: 7

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
