'Good'

'We couldn't even check in: the automated system found our booking but said "Sorry your room isn't available". But we'd already paid + booked and gotten confirmation. It was about 10pm, and there was nobody at the property to talk to. Luckily a neighbor walking past knew the owner's phone number, and called him. He answered and was very friendly but said he wasn't nearby, and gave us the phone number of someone named "Jacqueline" who was supposed to be nearby and could help... but nobody answer...

'Overnachten, pre een sauna!'

'Kamer was schoon en personeel vriendelijk'

'Gratis Parkplatz. Sehr ruhige Umgebung.'

'Bern verkend. Blij dat we een balkon hadden met het warme weer. Op de kamer was het benauwd'

'Quiet, secluded, small hotel with a lovely garden and even its own fountain playing. There’s an Indian restaurant around the back and other facilities nearby. A delightful walk into town and from behind the Federal Palace fine views may be had across the River Aahre and over to Alpine peaks half covered in snow in the autumn. The old town has shops, fountains and several restaurants. The casino is a glamorous place to take afternoon tea and sit in art deco chairs. Oh, and don’t forget to have...

'Super netjes en verzorgd. Een aanrader!'

'Goed berekberheid naar het centrum. Schoon. Geen parkeerplek voor auto betaal je 30CHF per dag.'

'Heerlijk verblijf '

'All perfect from the beginning until the end. Excellent service, accommodation, clean, staff 5 stars !'
