The Pettiest Hospitality Service Provider
This service apartment/hotel is incredibly petty. Initially, we were given 4 Nespresso capsules, which were refilled on the second day. However, on the third day, the housekeeper forgot to refill them. When we called room service, they insisted we pay extra for the capsules. This was the first time we were charged for something as basic as coffee capsules by a hospitality company. When we confronted the lobby staff, they accused us of lying and claimed the housekeeper had already refilled for the day, despite our room being untidy and the "do not disturb" button turned off. We only asked for the 4 daily capsules we were entitled to, not anything extra. During check-out, we mentioned the incident and received another excuse. They stated that their company policy only allows for four free capsules on the first day, even though there were three of us staying for five days. This contradicted the capsules given on the 2nd and 4th days and what another staff member had told us on the 3rd day. Aside from these petty incidents, we were disappointed by the lack of basic items such as detergent or washing powder, despite having a dishwasher and washing machine. Most service apartments provide these. Additionally, the room facilities were worn out and did not match the official photos. Overall, our experience with Millennium's service was extremely unsatisfactory, and we will not consider staying with them in the future.

The staff at the property were ALL very helpful, even where we had language barriers. Kudos to all. We found the breakfast options covered many tastes and there was always plenty and it was fresh. The location is good if you dont have a car given the link to the mall and another accross the road. Only downside could be that there are not many sun loungers, if it was busier. The gym did not apoear to be open, but again we were not that bothered. Muscat is not really walker friendly and sightseeing is quite spreadout, so you need to book trips, hire a car. or just chill by the pool.

Nice Apartment
The rooms were massive and it had a homely feel so we enjoyed that after staying at a hotel for over a week with the kids! However, the property needs a re-do, it has seen its time and needs some serious maintenance. There was ab unbearable stench from the sinkhole that really put me off. It was convenient that the property was attached to the shopping mall albeit one of the older malls. It was easy to go get food or groceries from Carrefour so that was a bonus. Thinking about it now, the hotel was pretty expensive for the overall experience but we never really stay at serviced apartments so this was a first. I think it would have been a complete different review a few years ago with the property few years newer and prices lower!

We will be back...
We stayed for 3D2N and the hotel and its staff exceeded our expectation. Mr. Kumar allowed us to check in early and that is a big deal for me because we have a toddler with us and travelled 2 hours. He even gave us a room with a very nice view of the mountain road which our son loved. He keeps on counting the cars passing by :) Also the room service people (maintenance and cleaners) are very efficient they are very helpful and nice. The room isn’t very spacious and has everything you need. We will definitely come back, worth every centavo.

Mostly great!
Apartment was great but the kitchen was strangely equipped - there was no washing up detergent or tea towel provided! The location by MGM was great - but be warned you can't call an Uber within the MGM vicinity! There were some very noisy neighbours who seemed to have a habit of leaving their apartment door open and standing in the corridor talking very loudly together - at around 2am! However, as I was there for 7 nights - an apartment was much better than a hotel room!

i have stayed here several times before so its an ok/ good option if you're looking for hotel apartment type of accommodation but the breakfast is definitely average and the overall feeling of the hotel in a bit dull other than that its good location connected to the mall and the staff are helpful

Good place to stay
We had 12 nights here. In a 2 bedroom apartment. Spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need. We borrowed a cot and it worked fine. Wish it had been possible to borrow a highchair. Nice and helpful staff. Took some time a long time if we wanted toilet paper. We made breakfast ourselves and then it was very convenient that the entrance to the shopping centers was downstairs. Here was a large grocery store as well as many other shops and eateries.

حدث معنا خلال فترة الاقامة من ازعاج في جميع الاوقات طرق جرس الباب ونفتح الباب لا يوجد احد كل مرة وتم تبليق الاستقبال في ذلك يقولون خلل في جرس الباب وبالصدفة اكتشفنا في الدور الارضي اشياء غير طبيعية وغريبة واصوات وتم ابلاغ الاستقبال من اول ما دخلنا الفندق ما تريد الدور الارضي وقالت لنا الدور الثاني لا انصح بها لوجود ازعاج .

Super clean, HUGE and well maintained. The large Carrefour supermarket and mall immediately below apartments a big bonus. Washing machine and balcony to dry clothes was particularly appreciated by us. Nice pool. Only gripes were that the pool is quite shallow and poolside furniture needs replacing - and we never got a reply when I messaged hotel asking about an airport transfer (didn’t matter in the end). They were also not hugely helpful when asked for sightseeing tips.

Problems with loud noise.
Millennium Executive Apartments is my favourite place to stay during my business trips to Muscat. But not last time. During my last stay I had problem with loud noise. 06.00 AM started drilling somewhere. The hotel staff asserted it was construction work in Grand Mall. I suggested hotel’s management should contact Grand Mall about moving of construction works to later time. In hotel’s corridors played loud music during the nights. Nobody could explained why. What is “most interesting” during the days the music was switched off. If it will be the same problems next time I am afraid I have to find another hotel to stay in Muscat.

Fin lejlighed med masser af plads og comfort
Trafik omkring lejligheder er voldsom og giver en del støj i lejlighed. Mange lokale/personer fra Mellemøsten benytter hotel og de fylder meget ved pool område særlig i weekend og efter kl 15.00. Pool område trænger til vedligehold. Belægning omkring pool er fyldt med splinter og alle liggestole er gået i stykker, parasoller kræver hjælp fra ansatte og de er der typisk kun om morgenen. Vinduer i lejlighed bør rengøres, også udvendig - ellers er lejlighed og rengøring i høj standard med god plads og comfort.

Great hotel being over a major shopping centre which was a huge benefit especially for small children. Easy access to grocery store, food court and children’s entertainment centre. Fast internet and friendly staff. BUT the Wotif description clearly describes a pool bar which does NOT excess. THIS IS A DRY HOTEL. You are not able to buy alcohol from a liquor store so therefore no option to enjoy an adult beverage in your apartment or as we had planned by the pool.

Ideal Place In Muscat
Can't find any fault in these apartments, great location near the 2 main malls. Apartment is huge and spacious and well equiped. I used a rental car and they have a big garage under the appartments. They do not have valet parking, but then why do you need someone to park your car unless you're some spoilt brat or something?

Not 24 hour check in
The apartment was well equipped, it had a washer / dryer and a dishwasher which were very convenient. The mall it is attached to had all you would need including a large grocery store. The only negative was being charged half a day rate (very high) to check in at 8am despite the hotel advertising a 24 hour check in.

Very nice hotel. Hard to find and not well signposted. Lifts in the building are slow and a bit unreliable. You may have to wait a few minutes each time. Evertything is clean and tidy though. Cannot be faulted
