The Pettiest Hospitality Service Provider
This service apartment/hotel is incredibly petty. Initially, we were given 4 Nespresso capsules, which were refilled on the second day. However, on the third day, the housekeeper forgot to refill them. When we called room service, they insisted we pay extra for the capsules. This was the first time we were charged for something as basic as coffee capsules by a hospitality company. When we confronted the lobby staff, they accused us of lying and claimed the housekeeper had already refilled for the day, despite our room being untidy and the "do not disturb" button turned off. We only asked for the 4 daily capsules we were entitled to, not anything extra.
During check-out, we mentioned the incident and received another excuse. They stated that their company policy only allows for four free capsules on the first day, even though there were three of us staying for five days. This contradicted the capsules given on the 2nd and 4th days and what another staff member had told us on the 3rd day.
Aside from these petty incidents, we were disappointed by the lack of basic items such as detergent or washing powder, despite having a dishwasher and washing machine. Most service apartments provide these. Additionally, the room facilities were worn out and did not match the official photos.
Overall, our experience with Millennium's service was extremely unsatisfactory, and we will not consider staying with them in the future.
