The only complaint is the receptionist did not give me the balcony room I prepaid. 'This hotel is located in the lower town of Tana and that would have been bad, if it weren´t for the fact that it is located next to a small lake which gives it a better feel. The area is run down but the hotel is not. Rooms are fine albeit with a standard design, there are some good restaurants and there is a good shuttle and taxi service. 'Wij verbleven in een "suite", maar helaas voldeed deze totaal niet aan de verwachtingen. De kamer was klein en bood geen comfortabele ruimte om samen te zitten. '2 days before check in ( I stayed in the Colbert , very recommended and a lot cheaper ) I checked if the room would be ready upon ma arrival day .
Arriving in the room : empty minibar , no bottle of water in the room , no water heater to prepare tea ( was promised , like a welcome drink ).
No breakfast include .
The above is not a problem at all , but paying 105 Euro ( Hotel Colbert was 67 incl. a super breakfast and all spa facilities ).
I would not recommend this hotel without any facility...
