'Me parece ideal para gente adulta, no niños pequeños ni adultos con problemas de caminar. Hay escaleras. Se puede pasar unos días magníficos teniendo un carro para pueblear y descansar en un ambiente increible. Quiero regresar pronto. El personal es tan amable y servicial. Pongo 4 estrellas porque le falta iluminaciòn buena en el cuarto donde nos hospedamos. Sobre todo en el baño. Las camas son un ensueño.'

'El lugar está increíble, es precioso! La atención excelente, todo el personal es muy amable. Las camas deliciosas, hay copas en la habitación para que puedas traer tu vino tinto y tomarlo en la terraza, alberca, jardines... No conocía este lugar y definitivamente volveré. No había mas huéspedes por ser Lunes y el restaurante abría solo para nosotros y nos llevaban la comida a cualquier parte del hotel. El lugar es perfecto para descansar, super recomendado. '

'My family and I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is located right next to Casa de los Once Patios. All of the staff were extremely friendly and so helpful. Our last morning there, the receptionist helped my family secure a taxi with room for all 9 of us and all of our suitcases. The breakfast was amazing. Each room has filtered water in a large container. I have a lot of family in Patzcuaro and the next time I visit I will be staying at Casa Encantada! '

'We really like the place. It is our kind of place, very quiet and close to the plaza while being slightly out of the 'El Centro" region. It is only a short walk to the plaza. We don't usually eat motel breakfasts but do here as it is very good and healthy to boot. The place is absolutely gorgeous with a coy pond and lots of plants.'
