'Me encantó la estadía en el hotel, no solamente lo limpio y lo como de las habitaciones, pero Reynaldo fue muy amable me ayudó a comprar mi pasaje de regreso a Lima y me explicó la historia de cómo reconstruyó la casa de su abuelita y como la convirtió a un hotel siendo la casa de su abuelita Irma y por eso se llama así.

We arrived earlyier than check in time. A nice guy, Reynaldo, welcome us with a big smile and gave us the room, a lovely nice and clean (very clean) one.
It seems that huge attention pays to every corner to make it nice and welcoming.
Location is great and the night is quiet.
It's not a question of whether we will come back - we booked an extra night a few days ahead. '

'Great customer service! They held our bags while we went on Cola Canyon overnight hike. Had them ready in our room when we returned. Great location in pedestrian section of historic district. Made a breakfast to go for our early tour departure. Highly recommend!'

'Super hôtel à Arequipa! Le cadre est top, un havre de paix autour de la piscine à 5min à pied de la plaza de armas. Petit dej copieux et bon, repas du midi sympa et varié. L’hôtel propose des excursions aux tops (réservation 24h avant), massage possible sur place aussi + activités tous les soirs. L’ambiance est calme tout de même, la chambre spacieuse et confortable. Nous n’avons pas eu froid (les couettes sont chaudes). Laverie à 1min à pied avec lavage en 1h express. Je recommande '

'Most amazing stay at any hotel that we’ve been to. Have to ring their bell and wait for their staff to let us in. Totally enclosed property and only guests can dine there.
Rooms were comfortable, very quiet, can get coffee or food delivered to your room (no charge all inclusive), breakfast and dinner selections were plentiful, all delicious food.
We can’t rave enough about the staff. They make you feel like you’re part of their family.

"De locatie is echt heel goed, wel heel gehorig maar ze bieden oordopjes. De kamer was niet heel erg schoon, er komt amper warm water uit de douche. De badkamer is echt heel klein, het ontbijt is prima maar de service van de mensen bij de balie is echt super goed!"
