'The hotel building is very beautiful as it is decorated with Talavera in a colonial style. It has elevator which was very helpful because with people on wheelchair. The people was very helpful and provided us all the attention to have a great stay in Puebla. Totally recommended! '

The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that.
The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. Also a last suggestion is that you can put noise absorbing panels on the walls because we can hear everything from the others apartments.

'Our room was just great, spacious. We had 5 little balconies with great views of a crafts/antiques market and beautiful streets. We had a bath tub in the room which was also great. The decor was very modern and very edgy. Many attractions and restaurants were in the walking distance. We will definitely return.'

I was traveling solo and one day they hired a really nice driver, Carlos, to take me to Cholula and the Talavera factory. Lots of charm, very clean, and delicious breakfast available. Oh, and I can't forget the airy rooftop to hang out on. Charming wherever you look.'

"Midden in historisch centrum. Zeer ruime kamer. Heerlijk grote bed, kon mijn vrouw bijna niet vinden!!! Matras sliep voortreffelijk
De kamer heeft wel aandacht nodig. 3 Lampen waren kapot, zeepdispenser kapot en sanitair is wat verouderd.
