'Hotel was so convenient to the center of Ortigia and the most beautiful piazza Archimeade- lots of cafes and restaurants. Emanuela, who ran the hotel was so helpful with valet details and giving us lots of suggestions for breakfast and dinner. They upgraded our room and they had a really comfy bed with the best pillows! Overall an excellent stay!'

'Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! '

'We had a lovely two-night stay at Dimore delle Zagare Molo. It's a small, modern hotel just outside the beautiful island of Ortigia with lots to recommend it. In particular, a massive shoutout to the wonderful Lia, who couldn't have been more helpful and efficient with queries and requests to organise things. Grazie mille!'
