'Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful. '

'This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally.'

The neighborhood (Roma Norte) surrounding the hotel is so lush and green and full of beautiful art and colored buildings! It was incredibly easy to communicate with Kukun, as they assigned a personal staff member who communicated in English via WhatsApp. Not to mention the property is extremely secure with a doorman and discreet, locked entrance. Can't recommend Casa Colima enough!'
