'The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again.'

'The building is located in a nice area. You can take wonderful walks. There is a park nearby.
There is a good food store within ten minutes walk from the apartment.
There are many restaurants around the apartment building.
It is a good deal to stay at that property.'

'I love smaller hotels like this. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice, bed is super. Bar on the top floor is a plus. Free bottle of wine is a nice touch from a wine hotel. I was in and out of this hotel three times during our Chile trip as base in Santiago. Would stay again in a heartbeat. '
