'The hotel was amazing and I highly recommend it! The transfer from the airport (free) worked well and was in a new van; check-in was fast and friendly; the room was super clean, well appointed with interesting modern art on the wall. There were 2 bottles of water and 2 chocolates in the room. American breakfast was included and cooked to order. I ate outside on the balcony. It was nice. Checkout was easy. The only negatives were that the WiFi did not work in my room (204) but it worked...

'This is a beautiful little hotel and I was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. But this isn't a 4 star hotel. It's a very good 3 star. There just aren't the amenities you would have expect for a hotel in the 4 star range'

'Airport shuttle driver waiting for me at airport with my name on a sign. Return ride to airport was on time as promised. Breakfast was great! Hernan was a gracious host. He made sure I had everything I needed. He even booked a tour for me and another guest in which he took the time to be our guide and driver. Great stay! Thank you Hernan!'
