'Hotel hasn’t seen investment for too long. There are new lifts and scaffolding to do the outside, but the inside needs a lot of work to get things up to date. The environment around the hotel feels somewhat unsafe. It’s a bit of a mess, just like most of Viterbo. But the towels were good, employees were friendly and the breakfast was okay. And it was cheap.'
