'Very clean great staff !'

'This is an amazing hotel, definitely a go-to place when staying in Mexico City. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is so good and the rooms are beautiful!'

'Late check in due to late arrival in the airport but no'

'Ok, the rooms need a general refresh, but its central, and the staff is lovely'

'Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff was very friendly, and loved that transit it right across the street!'

No...

'The place is very good, it's clean, but they should go before the non-refundable payment because there's a construction project next door and the noise is horrible ; without a refund it's impossible to change; additionally, the people who clean every day leave you a note thank you for the tip; they don't pay you or what? They don't make you a daily room; in summary it would be a good place once the construction is finished; but they should correct the cleaning staff asking for money daily.'

'Fabulous location - can walk to most places. Hotel is sorely in need of renovation though.'

'Staff was great. The only issue I had was that the restaurant upstairs hosted several parties till 11 or 12, and just the laughter (oh well) would startle me awake. I wanted to write on my kinda balcony and the main woman brought me a very comfy and stylish chair. The vibe is good...'
