'The staff was over the top! They helped make dinner reservations, scheduled spa appointments and went out of their way to provide breakfast for us when we needed to leave early in the mornings. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was by far the best meal we had while in town. Our room was very large and luxurious. Every day when we returned our rooms were fresh and clean with a new treat to welcome us. Highly recommend staying here! PS, I forgot to mention the view from our balcony 💕'

'Hotel de Len was hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The attention to detail by the staff was amazing. Everything was taken care of immediately and with a smile. 'If I have the option to give 6 stars, I would! I think this is by far my favorite hotel. First, the room, clean and comfortable. They provide Dyson fan but we never actually used it. 'Na vele malen in Altabadia eens een ander hotel gekozen. Zag er nieuw en fris uit toen we boekten, maar kenden het hotel en San Cassiano niet. Wat een aangename verrassing! Het hotel wordt gerund door een familie en de ontvangst en de verzorging kon niet beter! Zeer vlotte en vriendelijke check in. Wij hadden een standaard kamer en deze is niet groot, maar verder prima. 'Fantastic hotel with a great location! Will for sure come back next time we are in Dolomites. The rooms have great view over the valley and the mountains.
