'Room was fine and clean, relatively new. Reception staff and shuttle driver were very nice. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Minor issue: some rooms on the first floor have their window directly to the parking lot, with cars parking just 2 meters from the window.'

'This was a two day stay with daily bookings at 4 PM on Expedia because of a fluid situation. Two different rooms. Both clean and functional. The breakfast meets my needs and the coffee is very good.'

'Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended.'
