'Property under work conditions. Builder's works. Out side & in parking area. Not that it stopped peaople from doing things. But things still being sorted. Under staft at times especial sunday morning everyone leaving to go home one barr staff to deal with reception. Barr. Food peoples wants & needs. Breakfast ect . Needed two or three staff in my opinion. Aside from thay excellent. Thank you. I will be back.'

'It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. Their staff are nice...
'The hotel rooms were fine although a bit outdated, but the noise in the evening from the street and hotel club downstairs were pretty annoying. The showers also can't accomodate anyone above 5'10, which is rather unpleasant. The breakfast however was lovely and the staff very friendly. The price of the room was also good.'
'Good communication prior to the stay and accommodation clean and presented nicely. Howver it was tiny and not like the pictures. No space at all outside, conservatory was too hot to sit in which was the only area with seats. The bed had no room to get out either side. Not as advertised'

'Staff were super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble....asked to put some items in a fridge overnight no problem. V accomodating. Lovemy breakfast though i woukd say cleanliness and decor at pub needs improving.....compared to the hotel which was new fresh and felt new compated to old tired decor in pub.
