'Check In staff needs some training in being customer friendly. The lady could not deal with us (after a long drive). I asked to lower the credit card deposit (USD 150) as this blocking would reduce may CC-usage. De-blocking takes often more than a week! Reaction was unfriendly.'

'Clean, bright, and up-to-date hotel. Friendly staff, warm pool, nice little exercise room. Standard hotel breakfast fare, but it was good, and staff was very kind about the bit of mess our toddlers made while eating (we offered to tidy up, and they said it was no problem!). Great experience. '

'Stayed in winfmg attached to front desk-lobby, which is designed for accessability. Just randomly assigned to me, but will ask for in future as it is fresher feeling than seoarate building with bulk of the room. Very friendly front desk person played with my Frenchie at check-in and departure, making his day.'
