'Would recommend checking in prior to arriving as it is self check in and after a long day of driving, sitting at the locked front door trying to figure out the digital key was not ideal. The bar was closed and there is no pool or other amenities so I would recommend stying up the street at the more known hotels. They had pools and bars. Our room was in front of a side door that slammed behind anyone walking in or out and since there is no staff to ask for a room change, we had to deal with it....

'The elderly lady at the front desk was very rude. Our room smelled like cigarettes, and our toilet wouldn’t flush.'

'The hotel was beautifully designed and clean. The staff was attentive and always present when needed. The rooms were immaculate. The beds were comfortable. We wanted for nothing. The cafe downstairs was nice for a quick breakfast each morning. We had no complaints at all.'

'This is a great hotel right in the heart of Main Street Grand Junction. You can walk to multiple restaurants from the hotel. The whole hotel was well maintained and very clean. The room was very clean and the pillows and bed comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. It was also quiet at night. We were very impressed by the free breakfast. The food was great and the well stocked. The lovely lady was restocking the food and condiments as fast as you used them.'

'The grounds of the park were very clean, and the community hub was a great perk! However, the AC in the airstream could not keep up with the heat which meant that we couldn’t spend any of the day inside the space that we paid for. It is unfortunate when the price is not cheap and we had to leave because it got unbearably hot. Also, the hot water heater did not work and there was no water pressure so a shower inside of the airstream was impossible. They do provide community showers which is...

'Quite little apartment with enough room for two. Wish the curtains were blackout as the early morning sun was super bright. Otherwise it was a great spot close to the college. '

'Tijdens onze roadtrip door Colorado in juni 2025 zijn we hier 1 nacht geweest en dat is redelijk bevallen. 6 jaar geleden waren we hier voor het eerst geweest (toen prima) en nu dus weer, maar de staat van de locatie is wel ERG achteruit gegaan in die 6 jaren. De kamers zijn mooi groot, maar de kamer was erg slecht schoongemaakt. De chips en m&m's van de vorige gasten lagen nog in de kamer. Pluspunt: de bedden zijn wel erg fijn. 'Why don't more properties put a nice hot tub in the room?'

'The carpet had dust around the edges and corners that had not been cleaned in a long time, hard to even see out windows, landscaping in poor shape and we were on fourth floor with window to backside Property on this side had trash everywhere and pallets strewn about.'

'The inside and rooms coukd use a face-lift. For what we paid for the room, I thought it would be more modern but it was outdated. Staff were amazing. We were greeted when we came in and left. Friendly, kind and caring.'
