'Rooms are clean and there’s plenty of shops nearby '

'I was really pleased with this stay! The room was small and perfect for a simple stay while visiting Albuquerque. The front desk people were all friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was simple and everything we wanted! A place to grab a quick bite before the days adventures. The roof top bar/restaurant was beautiful and even though we didn't get a chance to eat there, the food was beautifully prepared. We only went up to look around and took some wonderful pictures of the Sandia...

'I like the hotel and the neighbourhood is really nice. The good: the bed and the room in general, and also the staff is very welcoming. The bad: we had a huge room even with a kitchen but the shower was really tiny. Also we were very disappointed that the speakeasy / cocktailbar they use in almost all their marketing messages was closed for both nights of our stay. We were very much looking forward also to that part of our stay. Would have been great if they had informed us beforehand. '

'The house keeper knocking on the door at 9:30 waking us up was totally insane. Found the do not disturb tag laying on the floor in front of the door when I opened it. Check out is at 11:00 and the cleaning crew was slamming doors from 9:30 on'

'Although the bed was comfortable, the sheets had burn marks in them and on the bed head frame, a wad of chewing gum was on the side. The whole hotel could use an update: rips in curtains, the filter on the facet in the sink was missing and there were no plugs to use to get the bathtub filled. The property surrounding this motel is scary. Two nights in a row, a block away, I saw women appearing as though they were escorts picking up guys in cars. A person sadly strung out on whatever...

'The place was run down. It smell like stale smoke. It was dirty . Did not look like picture that were advertised . There was no fridge in the room. The bathroom was disgusting . I would not recommend it to anyone.'
