Enjoy our private Grand River frontage condo just minutes from downtown Grand Haven, Boardwalk, two State Parks, and so much more. Enjoy the convenience of the nearby restaurants for breakfast, dining, or catch the sunset from the deck or the outdoor "Tiki" bar at the Holiday Inn next door.
This private entrance condo includes two large bedrooms, two baths, one with a jacuzzi tub. Sleeping accommodations includes king in master bedroom, queen bed with pull out sofa in 2nd bedroom, and a unique 3rd loft level with twin bed. We have the condo fully furnished with all the extra amenities you will need. This condo has an amazing view from your private deck of the Grand River, boat docks, and breath taking sunsets. Extra parking available on the Eastside of the Holiday Inn parking lot.
A short trolley ride is available to downtown Grand Haven, Grand Haven State Park, the boardwalk, and anywhere else you choose to go. Bring your bikes too, there is a new million dollar bike path bridge over the Grand River that provides a safe direct access into downtown Grand Haven and Ferrysburg. The walking & bike paths continues around Spring Lake and all the way to Holland State Park. You are within walking distance to a Brew pub, coffee shops, fine dining, and other Spring Lake shopping and restaurants. There is a public boat launch and public park 2 blocks away.
Area: Grand Haven is known for its annual Coast Guard Festival , Boardwalk, and beautiful beaches.

Spring Lake and Grand Haven offer an assortment of adventures in shopping, dining, beaches, and famous Lake Michigan sunsets! Hoffmaster State Park, Michigan Adventure Water Park, and Shopping Mall are just minutes away north on Hwy 31

We stayed at Robb and Amy’s place for a couple days after moving our son into college. Perfect location to unwind. Quick little drive to the beach and town but so nice to relax back at the condo and have a beautiful view of the water and marina. The condo was fully equipped and Aimee and Robb were very easy to communicate with.

Girls getaway
The property was beautiful with many relaxing hours on the patio enjoying the view and fun conversations. Great location with trolley access within walking distance and centrally located for great meals in either direction. Accommodations were perfect giving everyone just enough space for sleeping and getting ready. Would highly recommend!

This is the most well-appointed condo we’ve ever rented- they’ve literally thought of everything you could want or need. Perfect location, clean, super comfortable beds and pillows, a deck that’s the perfect ending to every day. I could go on and on! Book it- you won’t be sorry!

Great Property Great Access-Pristine
This property is right before the bridge in Spring Lake next to the Holiday Inn. Great decor and very cleanly. My only suggestion would be bring extra fans. It is three levels (very cool with a twisty staircase). so in the summer months the upper levels are very warm. Obviously heat rises. They have an open window concept with views of the channel with no ability to pull a blind or shade. Therefore you get the blazing sun all afternoon. Let me say that we were traveling with a sports team that were playing in a random tournament for a brain break from the year so we chose to stay were we could rest our heads and cool off. I would rent this property again over and over. Owners were engaging, location is convenient and property was pristine. I was with 13 year old boys and I threatened them that if they made any type of mess I would Uber them home:). We ate at Two Tony's in Spring Lake. I would recommend the lamb lollipops, crab cakes, coconut shrimp, Caesar salad, pizza and so much more. Also there is a Wesco with everything close by in addition to Orchard Market down the road or Leppinks in Ferrysburg.

Perfect place to stay!
The condo was very clean, rooms were just like the pictures, kitchen was stocked with everything needed, and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the back deck, nice view of the river and the draw bridge. Would definitely stay here again!!

A unique location that is positively memorible. The deck overlooks a harbor/dock area where you can watch boats come and go, a deck/boardwalk to walk along, and coffee shop down the street. The condo was very nice with newer flooring, bathrooms, carpet, etc. The upstairs viewing window with couch overlooking the harbor and stars at night was unique and cool, our teen liked the cozy third floor/loft up the spiral stairs. I'd recommend this place and choose it again.
