Welcome to Beachwood Escape! This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch-style home is nestled behind the sand dunes of Lake Michigan in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The home has been completely renovated and is ready for you and your family to enjoy and make lasting memories. Guests will love the spacious bedrooms, which hold 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 sets of bunk beds. The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests. All bedrooms have smart TV’s. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with cooking basics, a coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee maker, all new appliances, separate laundry area, 2 full size refrigerators, and a grill. Appreciate the unique Tree Carving art on the property. Pack up the provided beach gear and take an easy 5 minute stroll to the sandy beach of Lake Michigan at Peré Marquette. Enjoy the use of the provided bikes to explore the area. Parks and trails are also within walking distance. Popular restaurants and attractions are just minutes away.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the opportunity to take out the bikes for a ride and play bean bag toss. The rooms were spacious, and the sleeping arrangements were ideal with 4 bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked to meet our needs, and seating was sufficient for dinner or having a late-night glass of wine after the kids went to bed. I love the neighborhood and the ability to take a quiet walk along the beach in the mornings. Having multiple playgrounds within walking distance is a big plus for us with the kids.The hosts were communicative and available, but everything was so well set up that we did not need to reach out during our stay. Would highly recommend to any family seeking accommodations in the area!

We had an amazing stay with my family. There were 8 of us ranging from 1 to 70 and everyone had extremely positive feedback. It was clean, comfortable and a great location. We walked to the playground and beach. It’s a short drive to lots of nice restaurants. The amenities for young kids and beach goers was a big highlight. A wonderful time was had by all. The location of the home is ideal for all ages. The park at the corner and Lake Michigan/Beach only a 5-minute walk. Wonderful sisters' trip location!

This home is the best rental we have found for our yearly sisters' trip! The location is ideal and the home was equipped beyond our expectations. Lisa was such a welcoming and gracious host. Late on a Saturday afternoon, after checking in with us by text message, we asked about borrowing a pan, and she brought one over promptly, eliminating the need for us to go out and buy one. Blown away by this stay!!

My family (grandparents, 2 adults, and 2 kids 5 and under) stayed here for a week in the summer. We had the best time at this stay and the house was a huge part of that. The house was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the back yard that the kids basically lived in when they weren’t at the nearby playground or the beach. The house has a great location on a quiet street near the beach. Lisa, the host, was a great communicator and gave us tons of suggestions for things to do and places to check out. We went to Lewis farm on her recommendation and loved it!

Wonderful house in Muskegon

We loved the house! It had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. It was a short walk from Pere Marquette Park and the famous Muskegon sand dunes. It was right near the bike path, which we used to ride to North Muskegon. We used the fire pit to relax outside. We used the large gas grill. The house was clean and well furnished. We hope to come back again next summer and would definitely stay there again.

Wow! Lisa has truly thought of everything to turn this vacation rental in to a home for visitors. The home is perfectly maintained and feels warm and welcoming. The guest binder has all information laid out in an easy to understand way and gives you a great starting point for exploring the area. She answered any questions we had promptly and even made sure to go above and beyond when I was concerned about the lack of recycling. The furniture is all comfortable. The decor is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to make home cooked meals during your stay. We also loved that there was a wide selection of bikes to choose from along with indoor and outdoor games to play. I confidently give this property and its hosts a 5 star rating.
