Villa Alaya, Vllla Maha both sleeping 6 each and Villa Zendo which is the two villas combined - situated in large grounds -  which can be combined to sleep up to 12 guests are located in the upcoming area of Kalafatis, offering panoramic sea views and each can accommodate up to 6 guests or 12 if combined.  Each consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, guests will also find a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious furnished patio with a sitting place including a pergola for outdoor dining and a sizeable shared pool with panoramic views of Kalafatis & Ayia Anna are at your disposal. The enormous outdoor areas are ideal for those who seek that extra bit of privacy.



The space



The villa with its traditional Cycladic design and architectural aesthetic of white elements, traditional stone and wood beamed ceilings, is perfectly harmonized with the charming natural surrounding and creates an ideal atmosphere for relaxation, tranquility and wellness.

This 180 m² (1938 ft²) villa, spread across two levels, can host up to 6 guests. The indoor space is 180 square meters and features a living/dining room, three air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own wardrobe and two bathrooms. Built according to the local architecture, the villa is decorated in white lines and is divided into 2 levels.

Entering the villa, guests are welcomed in a spacious living room area with comfortable sofas and a fully equipped open plan kitchen which includes the dining table. Guests can enjoy a meal or drink while enjoying the most magnificent view of the Aegean Sea at the breathtaking sunlight. The ground floor living area is spacious and consists of large sofas, WIFI, a Smart satellite TV with Netflix, YouTube and international channels. On the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob oven, large fridge and microwave, as well as everything one will need. The lower floor area consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a built-in shower.



The outdoor area is shared with another Villa and features a spacious garden with stunning views of the surrounding hills and sea. It consists of a pool with a BBQ and a dining area. The pool space also features sunbeds, pool poufs and a hammock. It is fully furbished and equipped and has its own private parking. The area is suitable for breakfast and brunch in the shaded dining area (one for each house) and relaxing moments on the sun loungers surrounding the pool.



This Villa targets to guests who wish to vacate in style and comfort, as well as to those who will appreciate its proximity to town, the islands staggering beaches and its famous night life.

Mykonos Airport and the cosmopolitan main town are within 11 km (about 7 miles) from the property. Free, private parking is available on site.



We also provide transfer to and from the airport and port.

Villa Maha is divided into two levels, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - each with a built-in shower - as well as two extra comfortable built-in sitting areas - one indoor and one outdoor - for the most relaxing moments during vacations.



the Villa is situated right above Kalafatis beach with breathtaking panoramic sea views. Overlooking the Aegean Sea, guests can enjoy an unforgettable sunrise having the island of Ikaria in the background. The unique elevated position of the complex surrounded by an enchanted garden and relaxing terraces offer distinct views of the whole landscape.



In only a 5-minute drive lies the beach of Kalo Livadi with many bars and restaurants (the famous Solymar bar is located here). Ano Mera, the traditional village of Mykonos can also be found 3 km from the Villa.
