Nieuw herenhuis in Mykonos, rustig, centraal gelegen huis met dakterras

Een gerenoveerd huis (135 m²) in het centrum van de stad, vlak bij Matoyanni str in een rustige buurt en op 1 minuut van Mando sqr. Alle bezienswaardigheden en bars van de stad, op loopafstand en de waterkant ligt op slechts 40 meter afstand! Het wordt omringd door kleine stadshotels, zodat de rustige slaap gegarandeerd is, zonder de stadsactie te verliezen.
Het heeft 3 slaapkamers, 1 eenpersoonskamer, 3 badkamers, 1 grote keuken en 1 gemeenschappelijke kamer of slaapkamer (heeft een deur) met een bank en 2 optionele opklapbedden.
Het huis heeft een balkon, een veranda en een terras waar u kunt zonnebaden. Het is een uniek pand in de drukke stad Mykonos met gemakkelijke toegang vanaf de oude haven zonder trappen of steile straatklimmen.
De gemeenschappelijke ruimte heeft een 43-inch lcd-tv en home entertainment met de nieuwste films.
Het huis is volledig gerenoveerd in alle ruimtes en is voorzien van nieuwe geluiddichte dubbele beglazing.

Nikos contacted me in advance to ask what time we would be arriving. He asked how we wanted the beds set up and also set up transportation from the airport. He met us at the drop off point as cars are not allowed to drive up to the property and showed us to the house. He reviewed all the instructions with us and gave us terrific recommendations for dining and things to do. He continued to set up transportation for us and could not have been kinder. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mykonos. The house was very clean and large and fit 7 of us comfortably. It is in a great location. Close to taxi drop off point, shopping, restaurants but quiet at night. Nikos was amazing!!!

Our group of 7 had a fantastic stay in this Mykonos Town property! Amazing location, super convenient to all things in Town. The house was in great condition, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our group. Niko was outstanding, highly communicative, and extremely helpful - recommendations, connecting us to travel options for transfers, and ensuring we had everything we needed. He and the house were perfect for our (too) short stay. Highly recommend!

Fabulous stay in Mykonos Town

We had a fabulous stay! The home was perfect for our needs and exactly as described. We loved being able to wake up and sit outside on the small balcony with a cup of tea and enjoy the town while it was quiet. At night we sat out on the rooftop terrace. Nikos was a wonderful host! He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. He arranged our transfer to and from the airport and met us at the car to guide us to the house. He walked us to the local shop to show us where it was from the house and came over the next day to show us how to use the washing machine. He responded to every message so quickly! The town is amazing! Plan on getting lost every day and if Google maps says it will take 10 minutes allow 20! We loved all the delicious restaurants. We took the bus one day from Fabrika to Paraga just to see life outside the town. We were so happy to be staying where we were. Being able to walk to everything was perfect for us. And walk we did! We probably logged 20,000 steps a day! It was fabulous and we treated ourselves every day to bread, hummus and olives as a reward. (And lovely Greek wine.) We were only there for 4 days and can not wait to go back. Thank you Nikos for a wonderful time.

Best place to stay in Mykonos

Easy walking distance to all Old Port attractions. Balconies overlook streets to walk actions but is quiet at night as bars and restaurants are a few minutes away. Quaint outside (people stopped by to take photos of our door) and modern inside. I wish I could give an extra star.

What a nice place to stay in Mykonos! Nikolaos helped arrangement with taxi pick up and drop off. He came to escort us to the property too from the taxi drop off place. 2 family stayed (4 adults, 4 kids) we had great time there and the place was walking distance to main area in town. Highly recommend the place!

Surprise find in the heart of Mykonos Town

We enjoyed our short stay in Mykonos town! This property was super clean, has a washer and dryer, the AC was super cold, and the Nikos even put a few things for breakfast in fridge on arrival. We stayed on third level and were a group of 10. We all had comfortable beds and enjoyed the roof top area. I recommend to paint with color the outdoor space and add a few more chairs to enjoy the views in late evenings! We would definitely return.

Superb location, Best Host, Well Appointed House

Nikos added a personal, welcoming touch that was much appreciated and not often seen at other VRBO’s . Even left us some groceries to start off. Probably the best stocked kitchen we have seen. Good AC. . No views from the house, but an exceptional location in the old town . Rooms and kitchen are a bit small but quite adequate. Would definitely stay here again.

a haven right in the heart of Mykonos

Quiet townhome amidst the hustle and bustle of the island. Nikos couldnt have been more helpful. He arranged a transfer for us, met us in the town sqaure and took us to the house. House was roomy enough for three couples to have privacy, big porches, comfortable beds. Shops and restaurants right outside the door. Highly recommend.

Great location in town, immaculately clean and well kept, with incredibly helpful owner!

Very clean and well kept multi level house in the center of town that was ideal for our party of 5 as we stayed in Mykonos to celebrate my 40th birthday. Although in town, it’s on a quiet street and rooms are also quiet to sleep. The house is three levels with a lot of space and could accommodate much larger parties. Nikos, the owner, was INCREDIBLE! He helped us plan the trip and was super attentive with any questions or requests we had. He made us feel at home with small things like coffee and breakfast at the house, maps, and recos for restaurants or anything else we needed. The daily house cleaning was also great. Loved this place and highly recommend for anyone visiting Mykonos. Thank you Nikos for a memorable stay!

magnifique et typique maison de mykonos en plein centre

Maison charmante et typique de mykonos au calme et très très bien située donnant sur les petites ruelle typique des commerces. Chambre confortable tout confort, salle de bain moderne, dans son ensemble la maison est impeccable et propre . Accueil sympathique, nous svont été agréablement surpris par la quantité des provisions à disposition( café, thé , pain, bière eau... frigo rempli etc...) et conseils judicieux du propriétaire sur les différents restaurants .
