The covered dining area, equipped with a Gas BBQ, provides the perfect backdrop for memorable alfresco dining experiences. For our younger guests, an engaging outdoor playground & a ping pong table are available. Spanning an impressive 250m² outdoor area, including a lush 100m² lawn area, our retreat promises an unforgettable escape into serene grounds. .

The inviting open-plan living area seamlessly merges with a fully equipped kitchen, creating a harmonious space perfect for both relaxation and culinary endeavours. The indoor space spans an impressive 140m², providing ample room for comfort and luxury. The living room sofa, designed for comfort, can easily accommodate an extra guest. Combining homely comforts with refined elegance and bespoke details, the villa offers a unique experience through its three charming bedrooms—two on the first floor and one on the ground floor. A conveniently situated additional bathroom is located on the ground floor. Each bedroom, along with the exquisitely designed bathrooms, showcases sublime design, meticulously crafted to ensure a comfortable and cozy stay.
