The Space:
Welcome to KaYa SeaView Residence, a destination where comfort meets luxury in every detail. The accommodation is situated on the 1st floor of an apartment complex, accessible by stairs, offering complete privacy and featuring an exclusive entrance. The courtyard is located on the ground floor.

Upon your arrival, you step into a unified space that combines the living room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room features two comfortable sofas, a dining table for six, and a 43-inch TV with Netflix and PlayStation 4 for endless entertainment.

From the living room, guests have direct access to the terrace, furnished with comfortable chairs, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee with views of the Cretan Sea. A large balcony door from the kitchen leads to a balcony overlooking the stunning mountains of the area. The accommodation features large windows from where guests can enjoy the magnificent views of the sea, the picturesque village, the lush garden, and the stunning mountain scenery. Natural light floods the space through the balcony doors, creating a bright and welcoming environment.

Ascending three steps from the unified space, you find a small hallway leading to a shared bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms follow, designed for maximum guest comfort. Each bedroom includes an open wardrobe, safe, 32-inch Smart TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. The southern bedroom offers two single beds (0.80x2.00) that can be combined into a double bed (1.60x2.00) upon request, while the northern bedroom features a King Size bed (1.80x2.00) and a large window with endless sea views.

The private outdoor space on the ground floor of KaYa SeaView Residence is the ultimate relaxation and holiday enjoyment spot. The lush garden features Mediterranean plants and tropical trees, creating a unique atmosphere. Aromatic herbs, palm trees, and colorful flowers surround the lemon and olive trees, offering unforgettable moments of relaxation and rejuvenation. Here, you can enjoy the private pool and relax on sun loungers or comfortable poufs, while next to the pool, there is a shaded dining area for six people and a fully equipped gas barbecue area.

KaYa SeaView Residence also offers a parking space in the complex's public parking and complete security with a fenced private outdoor area.

** Upon request, we can accommodate a child on the second sofa of the property.

KaYa SeaView Residence is part of a small, family-owned complex that offers guests the opportunity to enjoy views of both the sea and the mountains. Despite being situated in a quiet neighborhood, KaYa suite is just a few steps away from the bustling Livadi Beach, restaurants, shops, and beach bars.
Livadi Beach is the largest and best-organized beach in Bali. Ideal for families and young children, it offers ultimate comfort and a pleasant atmosphere. With your towel in hand, you can swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Cretan Sea and then relax at the picturesque cafes and restaurants lining the beach. Additionally, KaYa SeaView Residence is conveniently close to the private clinic, pharmacy, as well as shops and mini-markets in the area. A bus stop to Heraklion or Rethymno is also within easy reach, providing easy access to other destinations.
