PRIVATE POOL
Professionally maintained private pool with built-in seating and an adjacent open-air hot tub overlooking the pool area. Pool dimensions are 20’ x 30’ with a depth ranging from 3’ to 6’. Pool heat is available seasonally for an additional $450 + tax per week. Heating is most effective when both daytime and nighttime temperatures remain consistently above 60°F, so we recommend checking the forecast within a few days of your arrival to determine if heat is needed (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated).

PRIVATE SPA
This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Complimentary spa heat is provided year round however, because it is open-air, the desired water temperature may not always be achievable when outdoor temperatures—day and night—are below 60°F. Spa heat is most effective during mild or warmer weather conditions.

• No Smoking - Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $1,000 fine plus fee for additional cleaning and remediation.
